I recently visited the Hamilton Walking Clinic and had an excellent experience. The doctor was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my concerns were addressed professionally. The receptionist also provided a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout my visit. The clinic itself is neat, well maintained, and creates a truly comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend Hamilton Walking Clinic for their top notch service and care.

This location is convenient for me and all the doctors including Dr. Muhsen are great. They ask questions, listen and I don't have a negative thing to say about the medical staff.

But the receptionists, both blonde and south asian women are so rude I've considered not returning. The vibe is negative until you're safe inside an examination room away from them. And it's been like this for the 3 or 4 years I've been coming here.

I have all my records here and it would be super inconvenient to go through everything with another clinic. But I was glared at as I walked through the door today and Cam was more hostile than usual. They were bad mouthing someone behind the desk as I sat in the waiting room and I wanted to leave, but I needed my refills.

I love Dr Muhsen!!!! He is an excellent Doctor. He is very thorough not like some Doctors, I have had to deal with at other clinics. I highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you.

Absolutely abhorrent experience at this clinic with the blonde receptionist and Dr. Dennis Kavalsky. I walked into the clinic and the receptionist point-blank stared at me with a poker face, not saying a word until her lack of interaction caught me off guard and I then requested if I could check in to see the doctor... what a way to greet patients or anyone who walks in.

Moving along, when I actually met the doctor, he lacked basic manners and was extremely rude. Dr. Kavalsky didn't so much as ask how I was doing or anything. I spoke to the staff at the front about reasons I needed to see the doctor and she wrote them down, but the doctor refused to see me for all of them, telling me to book another appointment, despite the clinic being practically empty - no rush.

Dr. Kavalsky sighed and shrugged whenever I spoke and showed almost no regard for me. While leaving, I was reviewing paperwork in the hallway when he began speaking to another patient, and his tone of voice and compassion was completely different. I suspect racism because I'm South Asian and not Caucasian like him. I asked him if I could print a requisition from my phone that my family doctor made, but he shrugged and instead began to fill a new one himself for me. He made multiple errors on this compared to the original such that I ended up needing to revisit twice to get it corrected because he paid no attention to it the first time. The level of care was non-existent.

On a different requisition he wrote for me, he added multiple exclamation marks at the end of the first sentence where he mentioned I used a product on my face that was previously used for something else, as if to passively call me stupid by emphasizing the statement for a mistake I made.

So far was a nice. I went there this last monday. Reception staff seemed friendly. I was walk in clinic patient and I didn't have to wait(may be it was early morning that's why). Then I got diagnosed by doctor. My tongue was swollen and doc said me to open my mouth amd say "aa.. Sound as they basically do. As my tongue was swollen, so he couldn't see much and said to close mouth. My issue was with throat that I have a histry of acid reflux, it seems there is something stuck in my throat amd doesn't matter how hard I try to blow my nose, it won't come out. My voice is broken, when i speak or try to sing, it automatically stops, I snore now idk why may be because one of my nostrils is always blocked. And I got treated for that blocked nostril with $42 spray and no refer to any laryngologist. I hope I will get good by couole days as told by doctor. Wish me luck 🤞

Dr. Muhsen has always been wonderful to my family and me. I had a horrible experience with our past family doctor and Dr. Muhsen has always exceeded our expectations. He takes the time to listen to you, talk with you, and doesn't seem rushed to tend to other patients. He is welcoming, respectful, genuine, comforting, knowledgeable, mindful, and very proactive. The MOA's there are great as well. Wait times for when we make an appointment typically are not long at all and I know we can be in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Having it connected to Walmart is also convenient when waiting for a prescription. You do your shopping and they're pretty quick.

Hello everyone how would you feel if you wake up in the morning and your ears are completely blocked off. I went to Dr Muhsin not only did he treated the condition in a timely manner but he took the time to listen to me . The lady in the front with burnt hair has no manners and 0 respect. There was a miscommunication i get it. But the way she talks is soo stupid. She will cut u off in the middle and does not want to solve a problem. She just wants to create issues over issues. Customer service doesnt work like that. If shes unhappy with her job, she should leave. Creating a negative environment with her negative presence.
