Placed an order online for pickup at 2:40pm through the drive thru (just 4 drinks). We got there on time and still waited 15 minutes in the drive thru lane (no one in front of us). Annoying to place an order for a specific time if you can’t guarantee it’s going to be done. Shakes were good though.

Only customer in line and waited 10 min for a poutine, which was cold and gross. Employees served 3 drive thru orders and didn’t apologize for the wait, staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Customer service includes eye contact and verbal interactions with customers!

We showed up the moment this Harvey’s location opened on Thursday morning with a decently large and specific take out order for our team.

Not only were the staff kind, patient, and detail oriented, they put a high level of thoughtful care into everything from individually bagging orders to ensuring there were enough condiments for everyone at our business lunch. Everything was fast, hot and made to order and the meals all got rave reviews from our colleagues.

Thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff, especially the young man at the register who put together the order with me. He truly went above and beyond from cross checking our receipt to ensuring every bag was labelled with the correct name, and the correct spelling, and that each order was perfectly assembled down to the very last pickle. He set the tone for our entire experience and what could have easily been a stressful last minute order was organized, relaxed, and absolutely delicious!!

Great customer service at this location. The staff are very friendly. Food was cooked fresh and quickly. The facilities are very clean including the washroom. This Harvey's shares a building with an adjacent Swiss Chalet. Unfortunately I did not get served Swiss Chalet fries with my combo.

We visited the drive thru, waited 15 mins for food while 3 employees stood on their phones. Snap chatting and scrolling Facebook, goofing around with one another. Our drink order was wrong. The guy doing drinks was too busy snap chatting selfies of himself to notice I guess.
