I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was extremely friendly. I was called in just a few minutes past my appointment time. Sarah was so fun, compassionate, open to talking about anything, and did an incredible job explaining everything, including what she was doing. I forget the names of others I interacted with but they were all great!

I visited this clinic for a routine walk-in appointment, just like everyone else. However, my file was somehow skipped, and patients who came in after me were called ahead. It wasn’t until 1.5 hours later, when there were only a handful of people left, that my file was finally picked up. No one acknowledged the mistake or even offered an apology. The entire experience left me feeling as though I shouldn’t have come for a health check-up at all. I quietly observed everything, but I hope my experience will be registered with the appropriate board to ensure better treatment for others in the future.

I've been here several times and the staff are always very friendly and kind. Last time I went, I had Sarah as a counselor, and she was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about her, as well as the rest of the staff, she made the whole process seamless and fun, and she drew out my blood in the most pain free way I've experienced before. I'll definitely keep coming back here, and I'll keep recommending it to all my friends 🙂

Absolutely disgusting place. If you want to waste your time - you are more than welcome to visit this clinic. Reception staff never heard about tact or privacy.

My experience at hassle free has been positive both times I’ve gone there.
The staff at reception has been great each time. The doctors have been thorough and followed ups were timely.
During my most recent visit I was seen by Kiersten, who was so lovely, professional, knowledgeable and wholly compassionate - a rare combination. I felt like she truly cared for me and the issues I described. Her bedside manners are top notch - she walks you through every step of the procedure with no gaps in communication. She suggested a follow up in two weeks. I can confidently say I trust to get the care I need at this clinic.

I have a health concern which prevented me from having blood drawn , to which I was told ‘come back to get your blood test’

so I return to do so and now being questioned ‘why are you coming here if you don’t need it’ (I haven’t been active MUCH but don’t use protection)
uhh idk... to be safe? never been questioned about whether or not I ‘need’ to be tested for a routine test.
then I wait in the line while everybody who comes in after me gets treated before me and I wait an extra hour.

I guess don’t come here if you ‘don’t need it’. Hassle Free my a**. Last time I’ll be coming here.

This is not a bad service to go to but perhaps certain health complications may confuse certain staff. the person I first dealt with cut me off & I was made to feel as an inconvenience, second person who actually did the blood draw was great and very kind.

It was my first time so I called them in advance to make an appointment. The lady on the call listened what I need to test and told me that I don’t need to make an appointment but just walk in. So I told her that I’m coming tomorrow afternoon and I made sure to confirm if that’s okay anytime.

So next day, as I talked on the phone, I visited there as walk in and at the counter, lady told me that no more walk in. But I told her that I had this call yesterday and explained situation and she told me she can accept me but wait time is 1 hr or so. So I wrote down the form and checked in.

Meanwhile I asked her if it’s okay to grab smth but come back in 1 hr and she said yes. So I went outside and came back within 1 hr. And then the other lady told me they are closed already.

But I mean, I called them yesterday and I got confirmation and I walked in today as we talked and she told me she can accept me so I checked in and I wasted my time and money and in the end they can’t accept me ?

They told me to come back the other day but I canceled the appointment I had today just to make this test and spent Uber from far
And now I have to cancel another appointment just bcoz they couldn’t accept me today anymore.

They could have told me earlier on the call or when I first time checked in already.

I’m disappointed with how unorganized and irresponsible they are, can’t even do their job.

I read the negative reviews and most seem to come from divas. The staff here both for the female and male clinics are providing better service than any other clinic in this country. Should be a case study. Everyone is motivated and operating with a sense of urgency and doing the best they can while still maintaining a human touch. Special kudos to Dr. Derek and Francois.
