The nurse here was great with my children for vaccine updates. Both the nurse and receptionist were lovely with my children and understood their nerves as well as they rambunctious behaviour as we can directly from school. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

The person who runs the desk is incredibly rude. Every time I've had to call for information they are snotty. Definitely agree that they need a customer service update. The nurses are all pleasant though and would receive 4-5 stars

My child had an appointment set up months in advance and I even took time away from work to ensure we made the appointment on time. Without being notified, the office cancelled the appointment.
