Jim was so incredibly helpful and took his time explaining the ins and outs of all my options for products after a major medical procedure I had recently underwent. If your experience is different than Jim’s, you may be discriminated against. My son has a very active ileostomy, he has a lot of output, his stoma is retracted and requires frequent appliance changes due to leaking (the list goes on) . My son has severe autism which further complicates the situation- Jim should understand that this situation requires a significantly larger amount of supplies than a typical more simple stoma/circumstance. Wow, we’ll be over here, trying not to be offended.

We purchased a chair lift for our son through Jim Mills the service was excellent . He was the only person willing to help solve our problem of finding a company that would install a chair lift because of where our son lives. I made numerous calls to medical supply businesses and directly to the companies that sell them and was told they did not service the area. Jim agreed to help, the lift was ordered delivered and installed as promised in a very timely manner. Our son had back surgery and could not climb the stairs to get in his home, doctors orders, was transported 350 miles by ambulance to a nursing home in his area where he stayed untill everything was ready for him. We recommend Health Gear and Jim for the cancerne, care, service and equipment we received. Thank You, Carol and Bob

My son purchased a $1800 knee brace from Jim, and was told that his first set of replacement straps are included , my wife picked up today and he charged her $125.00 . My wife told Jim he said that first replacement straps were included ,he said no he didnt ..he lied . The last time we deal with him !!!
