Dealing with chronic low back pain and hip. I started my sessions with Diane going through the Postural Reconstruction Physiotherapy. I had a left lean that was impacting more than just my back and restricting movement. The therapy lead to releasing restrictions in my ankle, knee and hip. I greatly straightened my posture that has greatly reduced the pain I was in. I highly recommend Diane and the Postural Reconstruction Physiotherapy.

Fiona is an amazing physiotherapist. She really takes her time, I've never had an intake that was so thorough. Her appointments are an hour long and one on one. I went to her to help with my tense muscles, but through the other modalities that she offers she actually helped to treat my insomnia!

Fiona McDevitt is an incredible muti disciplinary Physio therapist.
I followed her from another clinic. She is compassionate, competent , and very good at Physio and cranial sacral therapy. I always feel relief from pain after visiting her. I would highly recommend her.

I did an intitial assessment and massage with Mark Ngai. He was very thorough in explaining all the details and was very communicative throughout the massage. He made sure I was aware of what and why he was doing certain techniques and always made sure I was comfortable. Overall, it was relaxing and helped loosen my back up as I had desired. Would definitely come again!
