I am posting this review on behalf of my dad, Clive. This clinic is excellent and dad has been a client over 8 years. As a senior, it’s important to find a clinic that is caring, patient, trustworthy and reliable. Alisha Gibb demonstrates all of these qualities and more. Over this past year, dad moved from Newmarket to Markham as he was diagnosed with cancer, sadly he was not able to attend his last appointment, upon breaking the news to Alisha, she sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers to thank dad for being her client over the years. Thank you Alisha for taking care of my dad’s health care needs. I recommend Alisha completely to those who are in search of fantastic service.

I went for a hearing exam with Alisha Gibb today; she was professional, polite and punctual. She was very informative and made me feel comfortable; she gave me some excellent recommendations, I was grateful I went to see her. I was impressed with her knowledge and customer service.

In addition, at the end of the test, I went to pay and she let me know she was doing hearing tests for adults for free! I couldn't believe it! Thank you Alisha!!
