I have been going to Heart Girl Holistic Therapies in Port Stanley for more than 3 years now. Janis is a wonderful practitioner, healer and therapist. Her reiki and earthing treatments are so grounding and centring and help me manage stress. I also have had many reflexology treatments that are fabulous. I had the most amazing aromatherapy massage. The space was beautiful and calming.

Janis's home and space is so peaceful and relaxing, which compliments her beautiful energy.

I was able to experience a grounding, along with a one hour reiki treatment and a fabulous foot reflexology session. The combination was amazing and the most self care that I have experienced.

I will be back and looking forward to clearing more energy to make space for more goodness in my life.

If you are looking for a quaint relaxing atmosphere to find peace and reduce your stress I recommend experiencing Heart Girl. Janis took the time to understand my health & wellness needs. My first experience was a deluxe aromatherapy facial and grounding session. Her products were wonderful and left my skin feeling fantastic even days later. For the first time in awhile I could feel the stress melt away and I also fell asleep as I was so relaxed which is not my normal. I have rebooked more sessions and cannot wait to return. Her treatments are a must experience for oneself!

I always feel incredible after my reiki and grounding/earthing sessions with Janis!!
After the last session I was able to fall asleep early and felt so much more grounded waking up the next morning than I have in the past month! My right hip went back into the proper place again and even my digestion went back to normal - releasing the fascia and anything trapped in and around my intestines, gall bladder, liver and stomach. Janis, you are incredible at what you do, I always look forward to my treatments from you!!
