I was in the area as part of the incident management team from the U.S. managing the Pembina Complex fire in May 2023, when my eyeglass frames broke. Not good.

When I walked in and showed them my predicament, they went right to work and found a donated pair of frames that actually fit my lenses (and my face!).

They didn't charge me a penny. Now that's service! Well done Henry Family Vision Care. You have made a friend.

I had been suffering from dry eye syndrome for over a year before I found this place. I was told by eye doctors that there is nothing that they can do for me. This was true until I found this place and did the dry eye treatments. I am a believer!!!! My eyes water now properly and they don't swell up due to lack of moisture while sleeping. I am telling you that this works amazing!!!! So glad ghat this eye clinic told me about this option. Pricy as it's $1400 for 3 treatments but I can't put a price on being able to see properly and not having swollen eyes all day. Also not using eye drops everyday 20x or more a day is nice. Do try this if you have symptoms, you won't regret it.

We just brought our whole family to Henry Family Vision for eye exams and from the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed by friendly staff. The girl prioritized my toddler who was in we due for a nap and then entertained him while my husband, baby and I got our eyes examined.
Dr.Henry was amazing! Shes very through, easy to talk to and explained everything to us with ease. She was patient and fun with my baby and toddler and even let him help with my eye exam. Dr. Henry helped me pick out a beautiful set of sunglasses and for the first time ever I have a set I love that actually fit my tiny head. They have a great selection of sunglasses and glasses.
In the past couple years they’ve helped my husband with glasses, safety glasses and contacts. They really took the time to make sure he was comfortable with putting in and taking out his contacts. They’ve also done a great job adjusting our glasses to fit.

Today 26-Jan-2024 I had an appointment @ 2:45, somehow when it was sent to the calendar on my phone it mistakenly read 3:00, so I arrive at 2:56. The front desk stated I was late and that I wouldn't be seen, I was next door at the antique shop waiting for my appointment, a quick phone call could have resolved the issue. Not only did I miss my appointment but I was charged 60 dollars for being 11 minutes late. I expected far more from a family runned business and am very disappointed with the service I received today.

This is the first place I've taken my kids to for their annual eye exams and felt like they actually knew what they were doing. From walking in the door to walking out of it we felt like we were in good, professional care. Gail and Dr. Henry did eye tests on my kids that I've never even seen before. They are great with kids and very informative. 100% recommend!

I had called and made an appointment (I wanted a second opinion as the hospital said there was nothing) to have my eye checked as I had suspected I had a piece of steel in it. The optometrist seen it right away and removed it with no problems. Staff was also courteous and helpful. Thank you, it was much appreciated.

The staff at Henry Family Vision Care is remarkably kind. I broke a pair of glasses which I had bought at another store, and they help me out with exceptional care given my financial circumstances. I could not have replaced the frames without their aid.
