One of the receptionists here is so incredibly rude i have no idea what one it is but she has a major attitude problem. asked my sister to hold then came back said absolutely nothing and followed with are you not gonna talk. then didn’t even take any of her information. very unprofessional.

The doctors are pretty good...when they aren't on vacation (or maybe that's just my luck for every time I need to go in for something which has only been about three or four times in the past few years), but with that said, trying to even make a doctor's appointment sometimes takes weeks and is nearly impossible because either the phones are busy, they're not open, (the hours are silly and not even posted anywhere online), and they are "unable" to take messages in order to call patients back later. I would rate it a one star JUST FOR THAT, (I COULD use the walk in clinic service but it hardly fits my work schedule and I like to leave that open for people that maybe don't have a doctor) but when I DO actually get through they are quite friendly and kind people.

What a joke. Drop patients whenever you feel like it. Hour and a half lunch while people wait for their appointments.
