Stayed here with my family since it was nearby Jasper National Park. We arrived quite late at night, but the front-desk staff was very accommodating and informative and the breakfast staff were also very friendly and checked in on us numerous times. The checking in and checking out process was made super straightforward for us. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the washrooms were very spacious. Breakfast had multiple options and the kitchen staff ensured to inform us of any food that may contradict our dietary restrictions. Definitely recommend and will be back again!

Excellent stay experience! Amazing and friendly staff. We stayed in for a night. Did a quick late night check-in and easy check out. We had a good continental breakfast..with a variety of options available. We had a good and relaxing stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were actually in the wrong city and were weren’t able to stay our entire trip because we needed to be further south in Edson is but what a delight. The staff made our stay. Highly recommend.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Staff were accommodating and immediately fixed the issues that we had. They make you feel welcome and are friendly. Breakfast was great and room was clean and comfortable.

My room was clean, it was easy to check in and out, many yummy breakfast options, friendly staff. This is a very welcoming place and my stay was very quiet and relaxing even with my 3 kids. I will definitely stay again when I visit Edson next.

I wish there was a functional hot tub or the pool was warmer to make up for the lack of a hot tub, the waterslide was a good bonus but there is room for improvement, Edson is my favourite passing thru place to stay on my way to Calgary and this was 1/2 places to stay with a pool.

A pool is a big selling feature and decision maker for me when I travel especially with my kids. I think upgrades would bring more business (also good advertisement of having a pool would benefit bringing others to stay)
