The LHIN organization was incredible. From the first intake application to the entire Palliative Team. Our family received nothing but kindness, and excellent support from caring people. Cindy Perry the coordinator was wonderful. Anything we needed we received. My husband was well looked after and he felt safe and at peace in the care of the Palliative nurse Nora Johnsson. Nora was kind, considerate, and gave my husband the medical assistance he needed and did it with such kindness. I would also like to thank Jocelyn Ford the grad nurse for her help. Thank you to St. Elizabeth nurses and respite care workers to the PSW's from Patient Care. I appreciate everything you did to make my husband's last days peaceful. Our family is very grateful to the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant organization.

I recently had dealings with an employee of this company by the name of Raymond Holmes. His unprofessional and threatening behavior gave me serious cause for concern. I also feel it's worth mentioning that, given the nature of the services provided here, his blatant and outward stance against covid safety protocol (anti- mask, anti-vaccince behaviors) make him a serious threat to the well-being of this business and it's clients.

I do not believe they want honest feedback. Last year and this year I addressed them with concerns via email and there was no response and workers were very defensive at the office level if you called with a concern. Why do organizations say they want feedback or to hear of a problem, when they do not? Or it is Bay Shore? Both were contacted.
