One of the worst experinces of my life. Had to call and ask for a transaction history for medication. Called and this very rude employee named Kelly-lyn told me to print it myself then hung up.

pharmacy cannot deny a patient access to their transaction history unless there's a specific legal reason or a risk of causing harm. Pharmacies are required to maintain patient records, including transaction history, and provide access to that information upon request.

This interaction happens everytime I interact with kelly-lyn. I demand my transitional history for financial reasoning.

The lady who measures you for compression stockings was very rude when I arrived to fill a prescription, I will not be returning it was an unpleasant experience

Heads-up to Wasaga Beach IDA shoppers: The store does not price-match items advertised in their flyers, citing its status as a privately-owned franchise. This practice is deceptive to customers who expect advertised sale prices to be honored. Consequently, I will not patronize this establishment again.

This has to be one of the friendliest places which I go to. The staff is excellent. They go above and beyond to meet and exceed current Covid regulations. Customer service comes first, and they do not disappoint. These are some of the hardest working people I have seen. The store itself is clean to the point of being nearly sterile. And that is a lot to say when taken in the literal sense of the word. I need not say more.

Went to shoppers right before my visit looking for cold/flu meds for my family. Shoppers was sold out and another customer directed me to IDA.

I waited patiently in line for assistance while it seemed everyone was busy.... boy was I wrong. 3 separate customers came in and it seemed like why were regulars or friends of the staff because they were helped immediately as they approached the counter, followed by laughs and conversation.

I wont be going here again and wouldn't recommended you go either.

Staff was not friendly at all, unprofessional and I felt unwelcomed during my time in that place!!

Great team and help - I'm so glad to have IDA and this friendly helpful team to rely on, I've had some odd Rx fills and peculiar products I needed for upcoming tests, really appreciate a smaller, friendlier, less conglomerate type of pharmacist, thank you for the ongoing help.
