Sanita assisted me with getting a prescription filled. During this encounter there was a mishap about my benefits - which required Sanita to phone my insurance provider. She did so promptly and without being asked. While getting misinformation from my provider - she still remained patient and calm during the entire ordeal. I ended up having to leave the pharmacy without my prescription because my provider would not give us the correct digits for coverage. During my absence Sanita tirelessly continued to figure out the issue at hand. Once she found the solution she phoned me to let me know my prescription was officially ready for pick up and offered free delivery. Once I retrieved my prescription and opened it up - I was shocked to find a handwritten note from her. It indicated the digits I needed to avoid this mishap in the future. I am extremely grateful that she took time out of her day to help me and write me a note to save me time in the future. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you Sanita

Have been going to this pharmacy for several years. Even though I have moved a few km away, I continue to go there. The staff is extremely helpful and the pharmacists are very professional as well. There is a great friendly atmosphere and everyone comes across as really enjoying what they do. They are all part of a great team. I won’t go anywhere else.

They never rush anything and they always take their time to explain everything into detail making sure that everything is 110%. The staff at this Pharmacy, have always been friendly, and very helpful. They always make sure understand your medications, and go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. We particularly like the personalized service we receive rather than being treated like a number at the larger pharmacies. We feel that they really care about us.

Good service as usual! Been going here since I was a kid. Anytime I needed to pickup medication my mom and I would come here. That was over a decade ago. Now I’m an adult getting medication at the same place. My family and I have never had a bad experience going here for medication.

They’ll go above and beyond with service and show genuine concern and compassion with patients. They’ll explain directions and everything you need to know regarding your script clearly without being condescending.

I switched from a big name pharmacy to my local TLC I.D.A Pharmacy and I've never been happier. I love it when I can walk in the door and everybody knows my name. I never have to sit and wait for long periods of time to get a prescription. They always acknowledge me when I come in. I feel like family. Beside presciptions, they also carry a good selection of other products and services. They offer free delivery too but, I like to go in. Also this pharmacy is right next to my doctor's office so it is quite convenient. You can't beat the staff at my local pharmacy either. They're great!

Everyone at the pharmacy is super nice and helpful! They always go above and beyond for their customers and clearly answer any questions you may have. As well, they are quick in getting back to you and refilling meds. Overall, I’ve had an amazing experience here!
