From start to finish Corina and Krista were extremely helpful, provided exceptional customer service and even went the extra mile to ensure I received my replacement mask as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them for your CPAP needs!

Friday Match 1st I call they answered . They told me to come in we can look at other mask and see what will work . The two ladies were very patient with me and listened to me . They me try on a couple of different masks . Not only did they made me feel comfortable we also had a few laughs what a great experience. Sweet dreams

Had a problem with my husband's portable oxygen and spoke to Krista, she said come in and we will just swap it out. In and out within 5 minutes great service plus the young lady at the front also cleaned the cart the portable unit sits in. Highly recommend Inspiair staff looks after our every need.

Impersonal and inefficient. Needed a simple piece of tubing, which was always available for $15.00 on previous occasions from the previous entrepreneur. Then new occupant told they could sell me a full mask for $270.00. After some conversation was offered the opportunity to but the tubing and a frame for $75.00. Luckily found Jamie at Breathe Matters, the next day, at her new location. Got the tubing for $15.00 including tax in five minutes. She orders them from Med Res for $12.00 and keeps an ongoing supply available for her customers. She orders all her components separately. I have no idea why InspiAIR can't or won't get the same deal.
