When I first joined the clinic in March 2024 they had a wonderful recepcionist - Ashley. Unfortunetely Ashley left, and the new recepcionist is extremely rude in every interaction we've had so far.
Dr. Ani is a very good doctor, but the receptionist is the reason why I'm giving 1 star.

Worst experience ever ! We had an appointment booked with this clinic and reached 5 minutes late for that and the receptionist cancelled our appointment and rescheduled it for next day. When I tried to negotiate with her to accept us as we had health concern as well, she justified herself by saying at this point she is not charging any no-show fee. Lack of empathy, communication and professionalism. Clinic environment should be more empathetic and friendly instead of talking rudely.

No one answers the phone until you try 3-4 times at least.

Reception is rude. You get told you have a family doctor and then when you try to book an appointment, you get oh no you’re just a walk outpatient so the doctor does not know what he’s doing. And also, my boyfriend has been waiting for almost 3 months for an appointment. He had two but each time he kept getting canceled.

I recommend you not to even bother walking into this place rude stuff. Doctor doesn’t sit then does nothing been waiting to see a family doctor in this facility for Four months. Had an appointment booked and then they cancelled it. I recommend you finding another doctor.

“I’ve been calling every day for an update on my doctor’s application, but the receptionist has been completely unresponsive. It’s frustrating to be left without any communication for such an important matter. I expect better customer service, especially when it comes to healthcare.”

Only ever seen one girl work behind the counter and she does a tremendous job. I'm sure it's not easy trying to shuffle all patient intakes and calls and emails when you're the only one doing it. Super nice and caring! Considering it's busy I give 5 stars for their attitude, friendliness and attention to detail.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I we are waiting for appointment since June 3035 but these people are keep on postponing again and again. Behaviour of receptionist is rude and unprofessional. My 82 year Dad has to come back from Lab because she didn’t send the test form to lab which she was saying that she did.

STAY AWAY from Dr. Nonso Chiedozie Ani. He is a know it all and is CLUELESS about keto/carnivore and the fact that cholesterol is a GOOD thing. Like many ignorant physicians, he pushes statins and weight-loss surgery.

His smirk and know it all attitude, even when I described the relation between insulin resistance and high LDL and what TRULY causes metabolic syndrome, was infuuriating.

Horrible bedside manner and HUGE ego. I'm firing him. Do not let him push meds without doing your own research and being your own advocate!
