The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable right away. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been kind and helpful. The facility is clean, well organized and has everything you need in one place which makes things very convenient. Whether it’s a quick checkup or something more you know you’re in good hands.

This place is a poopshow. I have been forced to go there a few times recently and today is one of them.
I walked in from the blazing heat and found zero relief or air conditioning or cool air of any kind & I then suddenly recalled that I was recently at this dump for a stress test in a room that was so hot, the worker told me she had to leave the day prior because she was going to pass out and it was poor working conditions.
If you don't know what a stress test is; you do a treadmill workout for 20 minutes with heart leads on in a tiny room attached to monitoring equipment. Today I am attending a specialist appointment & have no choice but in future I will not come here again for any medical anything. The place is fully rented too. Packed with tenants and someone won't get off their wallet and climate control the place.
Nothing like a hot damp smelly moist medical building for all your health needs.

Second time visiting this building and the wait times are unreal . I had a referral and waited months for my first appointment with an ent upstairs, and waited over an hour to never see the doctor and never get a follow up . Now today I waited 2 hours just to see the cardiologist for my tilt table test .... doctors are getting greedy and double booking patients and not taking patients into consideration ... I have 2 little kids and I will now have to rearrange my entire day just to be able to get myself and my kid home after this appointment ontop of having to line up someone to pick up my oldest from school because this appointment went 2 hours past the time I was originally supposed to be here .... incredibly dissapointed. If you ever come here be prepared to wait up to an hour at least even if you have an appointment and show up early , and if you get fed up and tired of waiting be prepared to never hear from the doctor again because they got paid anyways and no longer care ...

Wait times are horrible. Almost 2 hours just to see the doctor.

Appointment was cha GED multiple times and the first time they didn't even tell me the new time when they called. I had to ask for them to confirm the time just to find out of the changes.

Jackson Center is like a mall for my health! One stop shop for anything that ails you. Fresh, clean and friendly with plenty of parking. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.

So, let me start by saying it was my fault that I forgot my ultrasound requisition. But I got to my appointment at 4:25 and asked if I could run home and pick it up as I only live about 6 minutes from there. They said no. I took a chance went home my appointment was at 4:30 and I got back at 4:42. I went in with the requisition and they said no. The receptionist went to the back and asked and they said no. Now, I had to cancel my first appointment because of work. This was my second scheduled appointment. Don't get me wrong I'm furious with myself for forgetting the requisition but I pay for Healthcare through my taxes I actually paid a lot and I don't seem to ever get what I pay for. If people could be slightly compassionate or understanding It would go a long way. With clear Imaging being on strike you would think that Jackson Park could just afford somebody a little bit of extra slack on the rope. But no, no no I think I am one of a very small group of people that I ever know that go above and beyond. My ultrasound on my shoulder would have I think taken maybe 6 minutes at most? However I am not an ultrasound tech and so I'm just guessing on that. I'm so fearful to live in this world where nobody cuts anybody a break. If I did not have to I would never go back to that place again. Also, it costs $4.50 to park there... seriously, it's the old squash Club there's miles of parking. And yes I did pay for parking for a non appointment. No I'm pretty sure before my next appointment my shoulders actually going to fall off my body and I will be very fearful of what kind of care I would receive should that happen I will keep you posted.

Actually I want to take back that one star.

I hope to find a way to secure the parking lot payment machine. my credit card got compromised or frauded by parking lot company and amount 4.50 Dollar been deducted without authorization or even being there.
I am sure there are so many clients like me who get there credit card fraud. do not use your credit card until they secure it.

Wish could give less than one star. Doesn’t even deserve a star. I was 10 min up the appointment time due to traffic and she just canceled my appointment and didn’t even reschedule. Just asked me to go back and be in pain or see the doctor again. She had slot available but just wish to not give me. Pathetic.
