The doctors are amazing, the nurses and front desk receptionist are horrible. The wait time is over an hour every time even though an appointment is booked. Additionally when checking on the time you are constantly told you will be next. They do not take the time to pronounce your name correctly so patients know when they are called. When walking into a doctors office or clinic the first interaction can really make or break if you are willing to stay with that doctor.

Tighten up, nobody wants to be at the doctors office half the day. Especially when you show up on time for your appointment. It’s not the hospital it’s an office for a reason.

Im so done with this office! 7 appointments and all of them I was waiting 1-2 hours longer then the actual appointment time! I’ve been trying to see a dermatologist for 6 months and the doctors says I need to stay on him? I shouldnt have to harass a doctor to get things done! They don’t care about patients they care about the money and they want to see as many people as they can today and they don’t care that you have to wait hours past a scheduled appointment and they don’t care how it affects the patient in themselves! I will be finding another doctor!

The stuff there some of them friendly and nice but they don't know what they are doing!
They run a lot make my feel I'm in emergency room!
Appointment never work there no matter what!

The staff was nice, but the actual appointment was weird.
Had to pay 65$ cash only for a TB test, after the injection, the doctor did not tell me to wait the recommended 15 min like is normally done after I've had TB tests done in the past, and did not provide a band-aid, so I ended up walking out bleeding and having to find my own

We always go there at appointment time but we still have to wait for 1 to 2 hrs. Why don’t staff tell people a correct situation of waiting times. My family including my husband and daughter reached there on time yesterday and there we got to know that three patients are ahead of us. They were giving preference to walk-in people above appointments. I think this is not fair. This is not an emergency ward where people will wait for 2 hrs or above without complaining. I think there whole appointment system is full of flaws. When we were trying to convey this to doctor he humiliated my husband in front of all patients waiting there. His argument was not understandable also. He said he wants to treat his patients as human being but he did not account for the people who were waiting outside even though they had appointments. He doesn’t know people waiting outside may also be suffering and it’s there right to know why the appointment times are not respected. My daughter had gone through a surgery one week ago and because of other infection surgeon asked us to go to the family doctor. We reached there on time bringing our sick daughter. But as usual, Doctor was running late and we became so frustrated. Without knowing our situation doctor rudely scolded my husband and said why are you telling people that he is never on time. My husband was frustrated because of daughter’s health and waiting time beyond the appointment. If Doctor is so much concerned about his reputation, he should focus on solving this problem not scolding at people complaining about it. His staff should also not have accepted any more appointments so that people could go to another place. But staff is greedy and accepting everyone without telling them that appointment doesn’t have any meaning here. Finally, we have changed our family doctor and went to another clinic where we were really treated as human beings.

My new family doctor, Dr. Ogunleye, is wonderful! He listens carefully, doesn't hesitate to make referrals and order tests, and answers questions pleasantly. The whole staff are pleasant and efficient. The office is a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and dangerous pharmacy!
I have epilepsy, and missing a dose or taking the wrong dosage can trigger a seizure. This pharmacy has failed me multiple times. Once, a young staff member gave me a lower-dose medication than what was prescribed — I only noticed because the pill color was different. The label was correct, but the pills were not. When I pointed it out, she just apologized and that was it.

I swore I’d never come back, but in a rush one day, I did — and regretted it. They gave me a one-month supply when the prescription was for three or four months.

Now I’m trying to transfer to a more reliable pharmacy. The new pharmacy called them to request my original prescription and dispensing info. It’s been days, and they still haven’t sent anything. I only have one day of medication left.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are careless with patients’ health, and I would never trust them again.

Always a great experience getting my routine STI testing at this clinic with Dr. Tokunbo.
He never makes it feel awkward and just gets to the point but still answers questions when I have them.
