I recently accompanied my mother to Keswick Advanced Imaging, and our experience was outstanding. Emily, in particular, was extremely helpful and polite. She went above and beyond to secure a canceled appointment, ensuring we could get my mother in on time. On the day of the appointment, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The technician who assisted with the examination was kind and gentle, making my mother feel comfortable throughout the process. Despite my mother speaking broken English, the staff accommodated her needs exceptionally well. Their patience and understanding made a significant difference in our visit. I recently had to get an X-ray. I was told they were walk-in only, but apparently they do in fact make appointments. Regardless, Krissy, went above and beyond to help me out. I did have to come back the following day as they were incredibly busy, but they took me at my scheduled time and I was “in and out”. I even got my information to see my scans online. It was honestly the customer service that made me write this review.

I have been going to Keswick advanced imaging for ultrasounds since the past few months. Every single time the process of booking appointments as well as the procedure itself has been very smooth. The receptionist is friendly and helpful while rescheduling appointments. The ultrasound technician is a sweet lady who ensures that you are comfortable throughout. Wait times are minimal for ultrasounds. Glad to have this clinic in Keswick.
