Just had a lovely experience getting my son drops for pink eye. He was seen right away by fantastic staff and a modern, knowledgeable doctor. The on-site pharmacy and staff were also excellent and very kind. Our new go-to for clinic services without having to go to Newmarket to see our family doc.

I’ve been going here for my family’s medical needs for a few years now, pretty much since they opened I think and I can tell you there’s no better walk in clinic! I won’t go to any other clinic except this one.

Marjorie and Joseph are amazingly fantastic as are all the staff that work here. They really do go the extra mile to help people and I hope they realize how appreciated they are. Marjorie saved my husband’s life. I am not being dramatic here. My husband is the kind of guy that never goes to a doctor. I finally convinced him to see Marjorie.

Being very knowledgeable and doing the required testing, she found out my husband’s thyroid was *dangerously* out of whack and he was literally a steps away from becoming comatose!! It could have killed him. She had never seen anything like it in her work in the ICU department. His numbers were off the charts! He immediately got started on medication and we saw an amazing transformation in my husband. I thank God every day that we went to see her.

Her help has dramatically improved my husband’s lifestyle. He’s got his energy back, He working now at a job he loves and is valued and and is all-around a much happier person both physically and mentally. Marjorie also tends to the medical needs of my three children. She is very thorough and the kids just love going to see her when they get ill. She’s got a wonderful personality and always prescribes what they need to get better.

Joseph the pharmacist is an angel! You’ll honestly never meet a more kind, caring and knowledgeable pharmacist. Same goes for Tracy! She is just awesome! They have both gone above and beyond to help me and my family many times. I hope you realize just how appreciated and important you are to so many people in the community and a great big Thank You from our hearts!

Marjorie Walters, N.P. takes her time with her patients. She doesn't make you feel like a number, rather a valued patient. She takes her time to really find out how you are feeling. My family is very happy with the service we receive and the pharmacist on site is amazing. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

This is an honest review from someone who went for a follow up yet did not find a welcoming attitude from staff at this clinic. I was there half an hour before the clinic closed and asked (nicely) if I could still see the doctor. The older lady with the unwelcoming attitude responded with "Sure" as if (yes, but only because I have to let you in). They were asking questions that reflect an attitude of "Why are you here at this time" What they don't know is this is the only time I could come for a visit due to my work schedule. I am changing this family doctor because of the level of service at this clinic is significantly degrading.

The whole staff was warm & welcoming. The nurse-practioner was very thorough, and the pharmacist and pharmacist assistant were very kind and so helpful. The pharmacist even alerted me to the fact that my benefits plan now covers pre-natal vitamins! I have to also mention that the entire staff were professional and kind to every patient, which I thought showed true integrity when there were many different people from different walks of life coming and going during my visit to the clinic. Very impressed.

The gentleman that runs the pharmacy is AMAZING!!! I’ve never met a pharmacist who genuinely cared more about my daughter getting her medications than making a buck. i highly recommend everyone uses this pharmacy who lives local and i will be making the switch here permanently. Thank you sir for putting my daughter first and for being such a ray of sunshine on what was a very stressful situation for me. you are one of a kind ❤️❤️❤️

Went there today for the first time ever with my 5 year old son who had pink eye and was holding his hand over his eye in discomfort. We were taken in right away to my relief.

Marjorie was *amazing* with my son and I. She coaxed him gently into opening his eye for exam (you can tell she's a mom herself) and confirmed it was an eye infection and she made sure that he had no foreign objects in his eye. 🙂

She also checked his temperature and his ears and removed some built up wax that I didn't even know was an issue. I'm glad I found out now because we've had so many problems with my daughters ears.

Marjorie was so very good! Very helpful and friendly and I should add the receptionist and pharmacist was very helpful too. Had a great experience here and I'll definitely be using this clinic from now on in the future (I have three small children, a good walk in clinic like this is a God-send here in Keswick!) I'm glad I took a chance and went here. I found my new go-to walk in clinic!

** update: It’s been a few years now and I still Highly recommend this clinic. Read my updated review above. They literally are the best clinic in Keswick and truly care about their patients. Marjorie, Joseph (Aziz) and Tracy are the BEST! They really go above and beyond to help people. Thank you so much for all you do. John and Jodie and kids.
