What an exceptional experience we had! Pat was an absolute gem! He took his time to hear the challenges and concerns my Mom had for knee stability and then looked at various options. After trying on two or three braces, we determined that we had made the right choice and he then instructed us on the importance of the customization of the side stabilizers to suit Mom’s knee. This is the first time we had ever had personal attention to this important detail! The customization was a game changer and made a complete difference in the comfort and stability of the brace. We cannot recommend Kinemedics more and kudos to Pat for his outstanding customer service, and expertise.

I had an amazing experience at Kinemedics. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I got the right product given my prescription. They made sure the brace fit perfectly and that I understood how it worked. They also assured me that I could contact them in the future if I had questions or if the brace wasn't fitting quite right. This will be my go-to place for orthopedic devices from now on. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Kinemedics yesterday. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, taking extra time to get me just the right compression sock size and fit. Just a great place!!! Had a similar experience with Steve there a few months ago. First rate people who real care about helping people and getting them the right gear to help them continue their favourite activity. Great experience always at Kinemedics!
Have gotten several knee breces in the past and most recently orthopedic air cast.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!

Called around the city and Kinemedics was the only one with an orthopedic aircast in stock!!

My daughter and I got a knees brace at the 1600 Laperriere location. Ashley was patient in letting her try several braces before settling on one that fit well even walking and going up a couple of stairs. She even took off the HST charge from oir bill based on a photo i had taken of the receipt!

Great Service! We needed a boot air cast for my wife, who had a small fracture in one of the bones of her foot. Josh was a great help! Got us set up with the right brand and size, took us through getting it fitted to my wife’s foot. Very helpful! We were on our way in no time. Highly recommend!

Great company! Young lady took my fiance in right after leaving the hospital with a torn Meniscus and LCL and we left with a perfect fitting locking knee brace within 20 minutes. The lady knew exactly what he needed without instructions from the hospital. 10/10
