I had a very negative experience with this company, so I absolutely do not recommend trusting them. First, when I requested a price estimate for my project, they quoted a reasonable price. However, when it came time to buy, they changed the terms and sold it to me at a much higher price, despite having confirmed with my client. I had no choice but to absorb the loss.

Second, the stones came packaged, making it impossible to check each one individually. During installation, we were surprised by chipping, scratches, color variations, and many unsightly veins, even though the first-row stones, which were visible, were all flawless. Photos are attached; if you look closely with a critical eye, you will notice the problems. This led my client to insist on replacing the stones, and in the end, they settled for a penalty on my part and a reduction in my fee, but they were not happy.

Finally, I called eight times over two days for advice on cleaning the dirt and markings on the stones and even made one in-person visit, but no one paid attention to me. After the sale, they didn’t recognize me and it seemed they didn’t value my time.

Bought some polymeric sand and edging today. Service was impeccable, the warehouse worker helped me load into my car. Prices were good too.

Ahhh... where to begin! These guys are great, and Brian is great in particular.

Context: we are difficult customers. Not only are we one-off homeowner renovation victims, but we're also indecisive, inquisitive, prone to asking many questions at all hours of the day, and probably high maintenance.

With that context, I must say, Brian is the outstanding salesman of the year and the best of any of the suppliers we've dealt with. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond to help us through the process, responsive at all times, knowledgeable, offers good suggestions, and cracks endless jokes! The main problem is getting to the end of the road, because I can't actually stop laughing...

If I were to do another home renovation, I'd head straight to Kreitmaker, ask Brian to check if I've lost my mind, and then immediately do all my masonry shopping right there.

I purchased the brick and window sills from Brian and had a great experience. Brian is so knowledgeable on she construction- he recommended a beautiful color “Steels” and ordered the brick from the states. He went to my site and helped to ensure timely delivery and avoid restocking charge. He calculated the length of the window stills and ordered the exact length surprisingly he can do even 8’ in one piece ( I had Indiana limestones), which is pretty under the long windows. His offer of multiple sizes lowered my cost as brick layer no need to cut, as a result, no waste and no garbage. His delivery is also timely and promptly - the driver is kind and cooperative. If I had not dealt with other suppliers, I would not have known how good Brian is. We are very grateful for having Brian and KREITMAKER. In all, finding a good supplier you can trust and depend on is definitely a blessing in the troublesome construction project.

They pick up their phone quickly. Simple ordering process. They’re on time. Their concrete is good quality. I have ordered from other places and it’s not the all the same. The drivers are great and experienced. Would definitely use them again.
