I have accessed The services of Leo on and off for over a year now. We are very impressed with the service — The vans are always clean, the drivers are very accommodating, friendly and want to do their best to give you a good experience on your ride. The schedulers are very helpful as well and this is good as plans can change quickly. thank you Leo, you make things easy and I appreciate it!

I have a credit of $299 for snow removal this winter. It is now March 1st and they have come exactly once --- and then tried to bill me for it. My porch and sidewalk has not been cleared and I was just warned by a delivery driver to be very careful because of an ice build up. I have called several times this winter wondering why they are not providing services only to be told that no one will come out until there has been a snowfall of at least 10 centimeters. (I am 71 and have mobility problems.) If they can't provide the services offered maybe they need to find someone who can.

About four years ago I called leo Charlene just kept giving me the broken record spill. It was frustrating .I confronted her on it and she hung up on me.

I was surprise the service could be better an inprove there schedule. You need to book Trasportation 1 week advance . Not convenience if you have sick spouse.
