This was my first experience at LCI and I have only marvellous things to say. I am passionate about health and wellness and get regular facials. Luise was my technician and she performed my first ever hydrafacial. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable from the get go. She thoroughly explained each step to me, offered me different options, and really went above and beyond in every way. She has a beautiful energy and it was clear how much pride she takes in her craft. I feel lucky to have met her and look forward to going back regularly. I couldn’t believe the difference in my skin after one treatment. Could not recommend more! Thank you for such a positive experience.

I HIGHLY recommend going to see Luise at LCI! I have seen her for treatments at both locations (Ottawa West and Downtown) and I always leave with my skin looking better than ever. She is extremely knowledgable and thorough and caters her services to your skin’s personal needs. I highly recommend going here for laser hair removal treatments!! I've been seeing Cristina for my appointments, and after four sessions for facial beard hair, I'm thrilled with the results. Luise is AMAZING!!! I’ve been self-conscious of facial hair due to having PCOS, and this is the first time in 15+ years I haven’t felt insecure. Luise uses the best lasers and she is extremely thorough about what to expect during and after treatment. In addition, she is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable during your treatments. Highly recommend any of her treatments!!!

I have almost finished my laser hair appointments. I am very happy with the results but the best part of the experience has been Cristina. She is kind personable and knows her craft! When I was first inquiring about the services she put me at ease and answered all of my questions. During the treatments she checks in and makes sure you are doing ok and will adjust to make you as comfortable as possible. I have been so happy that I have booked another treatment area to start later this summer. If you have ever been thinking about laser hair removal go in and talk to Cristina, I wish I had done this years ago!
