Being someone that has done physio before going here, I can say that this has been the best experience by far. The staff is always welcoming you when you walk in the door. Nisha, the second we see her she has a big smile and asking how we are and keep good conversation. Nicolas always makes sure to do the adjustments based on the level of pain you are in and always leaves time incase you have questions or concern on the treatment and he also always welcomes you by asking how your week as been. Mitch in the gym follows up on the exercises plans and lets you go at your own pace by also encouraging you that you are able to do more than you think. All staff are always respectful and professional.

I have been coming to Lifemark for awhile now. Brittany,Mitchell and Neesha have been great to me. Neesha has been very welcoming everything I come in. Brittany and Mitchell have been very great as well. I really enjoy doing physio and chiropractic care with them. I would recommend them 100 percent.

I have been going to Lifemark in the Southend for over a year now, with several different injuries in different locations of my body. Every injury has its own different challenges which Nick and Mitch were able to provide me with workout plans and stretches to help me recover as quickly and stress free as possible. They have helped me to recover from these injuries and have even provided me with ongoing advice and tools to help me stay on the path to recovery.

It also has to be mentioned that it is always nice to walk in with nice warm greetings from the front desk staff, Sam and Nesha are very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed the welcoming girls at the front and had a very good experience with the physiotherapist…very nice and helpful. He took the time to listen and to give me the appropriate treatment required. I do recommend them and will return if required.
