I joined my mother at her Lifetimes Tea Party last week and boy were we impressed! Beautiful tea cups and saucers, with floral centrepieces displayed on the tables. All types of tea and freshly baked goods were gracefully served by the Lifetimes team. It really helps the residents and family members get through the long months of winter, Thankyou Lifetimes for always going the extra mile to keep our f,a;mily happy. You do such good work my mom thought she was having tea party in New York! Right from the beginning when my mom was 1st admitted we felt a strong supportive team. The staff members new us by name as well as thier patients.. Concerns are brought up the departments attention and are dealt with quickly. The staff have become like family to9

Update: I have to say that I was really pleased with the lunch menu today at Lifetimes July 12, 2022! They really stepped it up! It was nutritional and looked and tasted very appetizing. The roast beef was fresh and delicious! Thank you lifetimes! 😊 I have a friend living at Lifetimes on Riverside. I've had lunch with her for quite a few years already. Today June 28, 2022 lunch was unacceptable! These residents are paying good money to live here and they can't get a decent well-balanced nutritious meal for lunch? Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? That's a breakfast food. And a kid's food! You're treating them like kids not adults! Fish? It wasn't even a breaded fillet or fish on a bun. It was 5 tiny fish taters!!! And 5 tiny potatoe taters! No sides!!! And old brown-coloured peach cubes for dessert! The only good thing was mushroom soup. Where is your nutritionist that's supposed
to be on staff? They even took away serving juice at lunch. Disgusting! The residents deserve better than this!

My mom moved to Lifetimes on Riverside 3 months ago. From day 1, she and our family have encountered smiling faces, thoughtful staff members and a clean, pleasant environment. Staff made the transition easy for us by ensuring mom was introduced to other residents with common interests, putting together new furniture and hanging pictures. Not only do their staff know the residents’ names but many know ours, the family members who visit. I had many questions when making the decision on which retirement home for mom and got all the answers I needed promptly.
Mom is really happy and enjoys the many activities offered.

We feel quite lucky to have found such a warm and friendly environment for my dad to live. He enjoys the meals and has been putting on some much needed weight. Such a wonderful staff, all who have helped with any concerns that may arise. Honestly there are so many nice staff, too many to list. Lifetimes has many nice on-site events too that dad enjoys. Would definitely recommend for memory care and general retirement living where supervision is needed.

In the fall we had to make a quick decision to move our mother to a new place to live where she would receive more care. Since we were familiar with Lifetimes it was our first call. Fortunately we were able to obtain a lovely unit for her at a higher level where she could see the river and which had a lot of light. Mom has now been residing in Lifetimes for almost 6 months. The staff is awesome - very caring and helpful. Anytime we have brought up a concern it has been dealt with right away. We are extremely happy with Lifetimes and would definitely recommend it. -Kim Dodson

Located on Riverside Drive east and only ten minutes from the heart of Windsor. With a gorgeous view of Lake St Clair bringing a truly one of a kind experience including some of the most caring and friendly staff I’ve ever seen. You will find yourself submersed in an ambiance of class and culture with all the amenities, tones of activities and all the comfort of feeling at home! You’ll really want to check it out for yourself!

From our first meeting with Holly, Kassandra & Jaclyn, we were so impressed with their care and attention to detail for our Mom.
The staff are top notch and we can't thank everyone enough. We would highly recommend Lifetimes for families in transition for the challenging needs of aging parents. The quality of the home cooked meals are outstanding. All of the personal support workers and nursing staff are professional, courteous, and kind. The facility is very clean and the maintenance team expedited our needs quickly and efficiently. So truly grateful. Sincerely, The Dunne family.

I live in Seattle and have been doing my best to manage my mother's care from here and while on trips to Windsor. We moved my mom into Lifetimes on Riverside a week ago and I have been amazed at the attention and care my mom has received from Brittany and Cassandra as well as from other staff. This has been a godsend for my family as we try to negotiate this difficult time in our family. The staff at Lifetimes have been wonderful. I fully recommend this retirement home if you are looking for a place for your loved one.
