I have been a patient since 1981 after moving to Monkton when I married my late wife Lois
My first physician was Dr William Munn...both a fine Dr and person
After and still am fortunate to to have Dr Russell Latuskie
About the pinnacle of praise to all the staff, Nurses Doctors etc was given by Dr Jim Brow Jr
He told me it was a joy to come to Listowel Hospital as a visiting G I internal medince specialist...but he was also a people person specialist
Just thought I would share my thoughts as I am enjoying a pre dinner drink on a damp Friday evening in Paisley On

Very rude and demeaning. You leave feeling ignored and your issue not resolved or helped. Very brushed off and your appointment will always be late even when you arrive early. They push your vaccinations and Pap smears but if you’re not there for your Pap smear or a shot they could care less about your health. I will ask for referrals that need a doctor to sign off for and get told no or it gets ignored when physio or chiropractor highly recommends to achieve your end goal and get a proper diagnosis. If you want someone who works with or for you as well as want to be heard and taken care of don’t go here.

I give it 4 stars , I WOULD give it 5 but that would only be for the therapist Brenda (she is the best!) The doctors and nurses are all so nice and understanding. But like all the other reviewers have said the staff needs an adjustment, they are nice sometimes but it depends who you get when they answer the phone. I have been going here since I was a baby and have only ever had a problem with the front desk ladies .

After my family doctor retired, i got in with a doctor here. Ive scheduled a few non urgent appointments and always get in within 2 or 3 weeks. Much faster than my previous doctor. Never had an experience where the reception staff didn't answer the phone right away, and have always been very kind and helpful.

I have been going here ever since I was born, therefore I will rate it 2 stars because not every experience I have had here has been poor. But my most recent has left me rather upset and it does not say on their website how to file a complaint privately. Therefore I believe this is my only option, I spoke with a women on the phone about renewing a prescription (she was not a nurse nor doctor) and she proceeded to laugh at me and my situation and speak very belittling towards me. She also did not help me in my situation, and was clearly very frustrated that I had called seeking help. I suggest to anyone reading this to call the Sexual Health clinic or Huron Perth Public Help instead. They are way kinder and understanding, it’s just unfortunate the listowel office is only open Friday’s.

Great facility. Very happy with Dr. Cameron as well as the staff I've encountered. I cannot comment on the other doctors.

This is an ok clinic. Staff could use customer service training. Phones often messaging when they should be answered. Doctors I have met have been great.
