Great Store with a lots of stationery and supplies.
Went for getting some documents printed and photocopied
Used the self use computer and did by ourselves.
Copies are so cheap only like 10 cents each for black and white copies.
The store looks great and the employees was very welcoming.
Will recommend this place if u are goin to get stationery supplies.

I was in the market for new office furniture and equipment for my new employee so I shopped all over town to find the best value for my hard earned dollars, and for the best service. I found both at Lowerys. From the moment I walked in the door the service was far above anything I received everywhere else. Julie made my shopping experience fun and relaxing. She is awesome !! Had I not just hired a sales person I would have tried to make her an offer she could not refuse.
When the delivery team arrived they were extremely friendly and accommodating, fast and efficient. In fact, the overall experience was so good, and Julie gave me such a great deal that I went back to the store and purchased more new office furniture for myself. It was delivered within an hour from when I left the store.
I could have purchased the exact same furniture from 2 of the big box stores in town but the service at Lowerys was far better and the prices were better with the deals I got from Julie.
The next time I am in need of anything for my business the only place I need to go is Lowerys.

I am beyond pleased with my customer service experience in the print department with Lowerys. I placed my order on a Monday and requested for it to be done by Friday if possible. I also wanted to see a sample of the product and the staff told me they would do their best to have it ready in time but that providing a sample might delay that.
The sample was ready the next day and I was very pleased with the quality. I mentioned again that if possible I would need them by Friday. The young gentleman working said that if not by Friday they would be ready Saturday at the latest and that he would even come in to work on his day off to personally make sure they are done.
The offer to go above and beyond to help me out was greatly appreciated and that level of customer service is almost non-existant these days. I extend a huge thanks to that gentleman.
And to my surprise they called me on Wednesday to say my order was ready!
Beyond impressed and I will definitely be a returning customer for my next print order!

Don't Bother. My 5th and final (failed) attempt to get printing done. IF you want anything other than black and white or colour on plain paper? Forget it! I listen to staffers talk about state of machines. I've written their customer service email TWICE to complain: No acknowledgment let alone apologies. A friend bought some office furniture and was told SAME Day delivery. Next day they had no record of sale. Day 2 they sent ONE delivery person and had friend help bring in heavy packages which left him injured. Avoid!

my mom came in from Dryden to visit. She has been using a phone that had a cracked screen for months so we came here thinking it would be cheaper then where she's from -cost 160.00...ok fine let's just get it done.
get home with the phone, it die's mid conversation while talking with her husband.
I got it to turn on, says we need to restore factory settings and just stays on that screen ... I tried didn't work. so the day she's supposed to leave town) we go there ask them to fix....the end result was for her to call Apple.
so she pretty much paid 160.00 for them to completely ruin her phone.
sure she got a new screen but the phone is completely useless and now because Apple didn't replace the screen they are saying it's tampered with.
so she will have to pay what ever the cost may be once shipped.
I do want to add everyone there was very nice and sincerely apologize.

Again I called asking her if they carried a 410w bulb for a overhead projector. She paused and said "umm .. no I don't think so" Another person sounds like they are guessing and NOT finding out if they do or not. Resulting in lossing a customer. Poor services considering again they are a Businessman Supply store...

Horrible!! NO information on website as to curbside pick up. Don't find out things are out of stock until after credit card charged so you have to make multiple trips to pick things up. Lady on the phone was very unpleasant, had to call back twice to get information, she kept hanging up!!!

Got a stand up desk here. They were great at letting me try all of the desks and taking the time to explain all the differences. Great customer service:)
