Depuis un bon moment je voulais essayer une séance de cryothérapie et lorsque j'ai entendu parler de Luxii, j'ai immédiatement pris un rendez-vous. Je n'aurais jamais pu demander pour un meilleur accueil et accompagnement. Kyffin s'est occupée de moi du début jusqu'à la fin et elle a été parfaite. Elle m'a encouragé et mis en confiance tout au long de la séance. Elle a même pris de son temps personnel pour répondre à mes nombreuses questions. Je vous recommande fortement une séance de cryothérapie et demandez à ce que Kyffin s'occupe de vous.

I decided to try cryotherapy with Luxii and I was not disappointed!, I worked with Lindsay and she walked me through the whole procedure (it was cold!, but I felt great!!) followed by some compression therepy. You basically look like the Michelin man, the air swells up and down massaging your legs and arms. My body felt amazing afterwards and I will definitely be back and include this as a recovery aide.

Luxii hosted our inner circle for an evening and WOW was it ever so relaxing ?

It was the perfect evening where we tried the cryo therapy machine, and the compression boots.

THIS IS WHERE THE STORY GETS REAL GOOD:

So, I’ve been struggling with a shoulder bursitis for over two and a half years now... and I was BLOWN AWAY when I had NO PAIN for the first time in a long time upon waking up the next day.

Now, I had no expectations of this and thought it would take a few treatments to get results, but I got results right away! It’s been 5 days of high stress working since my treatment and I am still pain free!

Also wanted to touch base on their facilities:

- they’re located in Westboro and there’s LOTS of free parking around. There was a good amount right in front, but if anything I know there’s also a large city free parking lot on Kirkwood past Richmond (North) and it always has spots available.

- it’s easily accessible by bus, with a stop at the corner and westboro station a short walk away.

- the place itself is so clean, well maintained and really cozy and welcoming. It’s a place you trust, specially when miss rona is around.

- it’s easy to book, I found all their services and links readily available on their Instagram.

Update: I’ve been seeing Darcy, the massage therapist, and Dr Khoury, the chiropractor. As a team and along with the cryo therapy I’m certain to be on the way to full record and am excited to get back into sports sooner rather than later!

Tried out cryotherapy and compression last weekend for the first time. All in all, a fantastic experience. The receptionist was so friendly, walked me through the whole process and checked in on me during the compression session afterwards. Everything was so clean and pristine! I would highly recommend this spot!

We were very well treated from the moment we arrived at Luxii. This was our first visit there and my first time to do cryotherapy. It was well explained, our therapist, Emma, was excellent and positive. The process went off flawlessly and I was very impressed. We also did compression therapy and this also very well explained and comfortable. Emma even brought us a hot tea and water to help us feel even more comfortable. We loved it so much we decided to buy a 6 month membership to visit twice a month for both cryotherapy and compression therapy to continue with our health goals of treating our bodies the best that we can. Lastly both Sylvie and I couldn't believe how good we felt after the session. We both work out a lot and any muscle fatigue or soreness was gone like magic. We both felt like we had even more energy then we've had in a long time. Well worth trying. Like me you will likely be happily surprised!!!! Thank you Luxii and especially thank you Emma.

Love it here!! Such a clean bright space. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and helped me feel comfortable trying a new service! (I did cryotherapy and compression therapy). They are very reasonably priced and provide such a good service for such good value. I will definitely be going back for more services and buying a few gift cards for my friends and family!

I've been going to Luxii to get my lashes done and I am in love! They are so talented and so careful. She really makes sure that her clients are comfortable and satisfied with their lashes. She plays the best music while I'm getting my lashes done and I usually fall asleep half way through because she's so careful and it's so relaxing. Give her a chance if it's your first time or you haven't gotten your lashes done in a while. Thanks again!
