MM Products was suggested to us by a retired contractor who had used their products in the past. We were looking for a reliable professional team with a product made in Canada. We have an 1800's farm house and had 2 bathrooms that were last remodeled in the 1970's done. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with us as we made (and remade) our choices. Tony, Phil and Ronnie who did the tearout and install were amazing and made excellent suggestions which helped improve our design. With our house being very old there were lots of challenges and surprises along the way and they were dealt with efficiently and professionally by Rudy and the entire team. In the end we ended up with 2 fantastic bathrooms that met and exceeded our expectations. Our project came in on schedule and within budget. We would highly recommend MM and the entire team there. Thanks for the great job and the amazing product!

Been trying to deal with these people for 4 years to fix issues with their product. In 2018, shortly after install, pieces chipped off the base so they came and put black puddy on it, which also came off. In 2019, they cut the trough cover and put a bench over the chip. The bench then started to rot from behind and came apart. In early 2020, they remove the bench which was secured to the shower leaving marks on the wall and a dangerously sharp trough cover. That's what they left us with - chips in the shower base and 3/4 of a shower trough cover . In 2020 they contacted us while we were on vacation - we came back to the Covid situation. Fast forward to Dec 2021, I contacted them again and asked that they fix this and at the very least asked for a new shower trough. In 2022, I contacted them in March, April, May, June and August - pretty much begging for a new shower trough cover at the very least. I gave up in August. All we got from them is "we'll call, we'll be there", "yes, I'm getting your emails". Are we frustrated, absolutely!!!!!! I do NOT recommend using MM Products. The chips are symmetrical - my thought is a flaw in the mold. They have no thoughts and just put a band aid/bench over the chip. Their products are nice but if you run into problems like we did, after spending thousands of dollars, they abandon you. If you can, find another supplier of a similar product that stands by their product. Not having grout is nice but not when it chips at no fault of our own.

Rudy and his team did an amazing job on our shower renovations, the ensuite shower was particularly challenging but Rudy pulled it off!
Tony was very respectful of our home and did an amazing job with the demolition and framing, he kept our house neat and cleaned up after each day he was done, Phil did an incredible job of installing the marble walls with a super tight fit and was also respectful of our home.
We highly recommend mm products !!!

Website not great. I totally recommend visiting the showroom to see the merch. It's a husband and wife owned. We did not meet the husband but did talk to the wife. She was knew her stuff. And very nice.
