I use the Swiss Dolorclast radial shockwave in my clinic. Serge is an absolute Prince. I am techno-challenged at best and his kind patience is more than appreciated. He often refuses to charge me for his time when I require his advice and time to repair the equipment when I abuse it in our practice. His expertise has kept us making a very good profit with our little machine and would recommend any practitioner take a really good look at his products because the back end service is also exceptional.
