Attentive and fast they have always attended to my needs. I've noticed they are under pressure caring for patients from the clinic and sometimes treated without respect. People should realize it's a privilege and not entitlement. They offer delivery and I don't even have to remind them of a refill my prescription, they just do it or they remind me.
I think they are wonderful!🙂

This is a pharmacy that really cares about their patients.

They have gone above and beyond for me in the past, and I have witnessed them doing the same for others, helping to ensure they receive the medication that they require, even if there are issues from doctors offices not responding to faxes in a timely manner or mistakes made by Ontario Works or ODSP.

The staff are all wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable and compassionate.

Becauase they are located next to Segue clinic, many of their patients are really struggling in life, both with physical, mental and other health conditions. They treat them without judgement and with respect. I am sure that their kind nature and accommodating assistance has saved many people struggling with addiction issues from relapsing.

They fill prescriptions quickly (especially compared to the large chain pharmacies where I have had to wait 30 mins+ to get my prescription filled, even if the prescription refull was already there beforehand) . They are always there to answer any questions regarding your medication.

And their deliveries for when I was unable to make it there were timely and easy to set up.

I couldn't reccomend them enough.

Everyone who works there is amazing!

But the persons that deserves the most recognition are named Andy & Nel.

Andy is a delivery driver that helps out when ever the pharmacy is unable to deliver due to, to many deliveries for 1 driver to handle. He is by far the best & hardest worker that goes above & beyond as I can say the same for Nel...

She is a Receptionist that works late & long past the hours that she is paid up until.

She has gone out of her way to contact myself, other friends & family members to try & contact my family member that is often forgetful of there weekly appointments.she is truly caring of patients that may miss the Doctor that is only available once a week & as these appointment are very important to the patients.

She doesn't have to do anything that she does, however she does do it & it pretty much guarantees that she will have to work 2-3hrs past the time she is paid & hired to do.

She is kind, courteous, empathetic, sympathetic, patient & i still have never seen her responded with a negative attitude when dealing with difficult client or patients.

With Andy, I've missed my delivery before & he came back well after hours to ensure I received my prescription that could have completely waited till the next day.

He's friendly, kind, considerate & both these workers deserve recognition because I rarely encounter people such as them.

Nice, clean and knowledgeable staff. Prescriptions are filled correctly with a smile. I have been going here before they merged with the walk-in clinic and still go now. They are very helpful with a short wait. I'm glad to have them as a pharmacy, and a walk-in clinic. It is also easy to get to, and has parking.

I have just moved here and with quite a few medications, they got me right in track in no time. Contacting old pharmacy and all my doctors for repeats. Very helpful both on the phone and in person. You walk in and look at the place and you can never expect such great people on the other side of the glass just there to help you out.

I have been going to main medical for 3.5 years and the only thing better than my prescriptions being ready before even get there is the pharmacists and staff . Very friendly , understanding and knowledgeable. Out in 5 minutes , can't beat that
