Pretty much perfect.

Booking a clinic visit was simple: Show up, register, leave. I watched the waitlist from my phone and got a text when I was to return.

The doctor was amazing - I believe her name was Dr Patel (I hope I remembered that correctly!). She was thorough, and I didn't feel rushed.

I had a prescription filled afterwards, which was quick and easy. I spoke to three of the staff - all super nice.

I don't think I'll go to another walk-in clinic again. This was great!

I made an appointment to have prescriptions renewed. I was called 1/2 before my appt and told I couldn’t do that. She told me several times they were a walk-in. I do not appreciate being talked down to nor being talked to as though I am stupid. I am fully aware they are a walkin. I do not need to have that repeated to me 6-8 times in a 2 min conversation.
This young woman needs a lesson on how to speak to people. Especially people that have patiently waiting for several hours only to be told they can’t see you.
I referred this clinic several times but as of today will stop doing. While the doctors are good it’s not worth the incredibly rude attitude from this young woman.

This clinic is amazing . Sign in then you can go home and wait to be alerted to go back for your appointment. That is so amazing .-
Also they helped me with a problem I had after the visit . The pharmacist and doctor Patel really helped me quickly , they care about their patients. Thank you so much !

got in queue at 2 and they said they close at 4. went to RVH because they told me that. at 10 to 4, get a text saying they’re ready for us. i called in and explained that we went to RVH - BECAUSE they said they close at 4 - and she said no actually, we close at 5. but they only hold spots for 10-15 mins. so she knew where we were - i told her we were at RVH, she said to come. RVH is exactly 15 mins away so we rushed out and called on the way, and they said it’s too late. we already lost our spot at RVH. And to top it all off, I explained how crucial this apt was for my daughter BEFORE HAND - who was 2 and had what we thought was a Febrile seizure (which is NON emergent - but we were told to get into a walk in THAT DAY.) and when i told her this, they REPEATED they close at 4 and will call us if they have a spot for us. she told me on the phone they just tell people they close at 4. so disgusted with these people and will never be going back.

I went to this clinic as I have before and I love it there I have went and the pharmacist is super nice and has always helped there patients , I love to go here for any problems because they have it very convenient sending a text and coming back at the time is amazing

Easily book appointments online or easy for walkins. Fast service, screening, and consultation. Meds prepared while I waited. I used to go to a closer clinic, but not anymore. Well done

Highly recommend both the doctor and pharmacist are extremely competent as well as well mannered and the wait was not as long as you’d typically be waiting
