I had to visit this urgent care clinic recently, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The reception was quick, and the waiting time was minimal, which was a relief given that I was feeling under the weather.

They never answer the phone or return messages. I saw a doctor last Monday, and doctor referred me to a specialist. However, when I called the specialist, they said they never received the fax. I want to know—if a patient has a serious condition, you are wasting their time and showing no responsibility at all.

Pros: They were fast. Waiting room was basically full but I only waited like 15 minutes max.

Con’s: The place is dirty (as you may expect from a clinic like this)
The doctor was rude, rushed and completely insensitive. He came in, diagnosed me in under 1 minute and left without giving me any real guidance. His diagnosis wasn’t even on track to being correct.

I went to my family doctor two days later and she said there was absolutely no way he could have diagnosed me with what he thought I had and his instructions made zero sense.
She couldn’t fathom how a doctor could diagnose “infection” with zero of the signs or symptoms and then send me home with no prescription or any real instruction other than to take baths.

Colossal waste of time and I am waiting for the flu to hit from sitting in that nasty environment.

Dr Nader T was so friendly and kind . I took my son there and he performed stitches on his foot and he made him feel very comfortable . He was generous and very approachable! Great doctor!!!

I had walk in appointment for my child still has a terrible whooping cough, and was told by the doctor, it’s nothing serious and it should be gone in a week. The nurse was kind and took a swab, but the doctor didn’t pay any special care, as he was obviously too busy to get patients in and out if it wasn’t anything critically serious. I’m writing this review pretty upset, without getting any sort of recommendation to see my doctor if the symptom didn’t subside after 48 hours or anything - while listening to my child suffer with this cough/virus. I’ll have to pay my doctor a visit for this matter. I thought I would have somewhat the same level of care from the clinic, as with my doctor, but obviously on a Sunday that wasn’t too busy, the doctor was probably more concerned about finishing through his patients to go Christmas shopping or something. I don’t know. Just hoping my son can fight through one more night, before getting a proper prognosis. At this point he’ll need antibiotics to fight this virus that’s been going around. i feel sympathy for the other parents going through this as well.
