Hello,

I booked a last-minute appointment with Tina. I was grateful for the appointment upon arrival. She asked how she could help me. I explained that I was having a lot of tightness in my shoulders and my neck I had booked in for a cupping Massage and she asked if I would like the cups on the upper or lower back first, I had said upper. Tina seemed like she had no idea what she was doing as things got started. She immediately started placing the cups randomly on my upper back, no oil, no warming the muscles, nothing just stuck the cups on. Once she began working on my lower back the movements were not fluid or smooth. She was all over the place one second, she was massaging my back next second, she was adjusting the table next second, she wasn't doing anything. She was constantly adjusting the table, rolling around on her chair, banging the side of the table. While she was doing the massage, the massage was not like anything I’ve had before. It was the same rotation of what felt like her elbow over and over in the same spot this technique continued for the entire massage in various spots. It was Anything but relaxing. All well this was happening I was listening to the sound of her chewing her gum with the smacking of her lips occasionally.
I was hopeful that once she moved to my shoulders, it would get better, but it did not. She did the same movement up and down my shoulder blade area for the next 30 minutes on both sides. She didn't even touch my neck.
I left this massage in as much pain as when I came in.

I have been to massage addict a few other times and had decent experiences, but after this, I don't think I'll be back.

Everyone is very friendly. Maebelle is amazing. She is always making sure you are comfortable and relaxed. She does such a wonderful job. Best experience I have ever had.

Waiting room and treatment rooms were very hot! I almost had to leave just waiting for my massage as a 7.5 months pregnant woman. My therapist was lovely but did not understand what I was asking for. I desperately needed her to work on my neck and back, and the massage I received was definitely more of a relaxing massage. I was also given the pregnancy “pillow” contraption to assist in my massage. I found it very suffocating as there is no air flow when face down in that thing. Also, the way in which we had to remove it so I could flip to my back was very clumsy and I’m certain I was fully exposed naked at one point. Again, the therapist and receptionist were lovely however I just didn’t feel as if this was the most professional massage compared to other places I have gone to before.

rooms are extremely hot, music is not soothing, and massage lady made me very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving early because it seemed so sexual and was freaking me out. wont be coming back. I will say, woman at front desk was very nice.

I had a hot stone massage and I have 6 inch bruises all over my back and hips. The room was freezing cold and so was the bed. Worst hot stone massage I've ever had! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY! they do not know what they are doing.

Becky is amazing if you like a deep tissue massage! Hands down the best massage I have had in a while or even ever!! I have been to quite a few massage therapist and just have not found anyone to go deep enough. She also knew exactly where to massage and I feel so much relief after every time I see her. I highly recommend. The front staff are always very welcoming too and very clean establishment and very professional!

The massage therapist was excellent. She really knew her stuff with regards to muscles and where to directly massage. She had very firm hands. I don’t remember her name but she said she was from China originally. I highly recommend her .

Suffering with cancer is less painful than the sciatic nerve pain in my leg. These ladies took me in on a Sunday and after one hour I walked out on both of my legs! Professional, caring, and so quick to help… I couldn’t ask for anything more!!
