I recently had the pleasure of working with Mikaela and Lauren at Maxim medical supplies store and I am beyond impressed. Great place to go for medical equipment and if you have questions regarding equipment the staff do such a tremendous job with giving details and suggestions on what you or your family may need. I would like to thank Nicole who helped me find equipment/stockings for my mom and I. She listened to every question I had with patience and I felt no rush in decision making. It was my first time in the store and was surprised to see the huge array of products the store had. I was greeted by a woman with a smile on her face and a warm welcome. She was able to help me immediately, and knew exactly what I needed. Two weeks later I returned as I had thrown the box my brace came in out. I explained my issue and Lauren solved it for me. I recommend Maxim Medical without hesitation for any medical equipment.

Jocelyn & Abdul were exceptional in helping me get a knee scooter. They helped me right away, showed me all the options of the scooters, Abdul adjusted the height and built it for me right on the spot, and they had an extra old basket that they let me have as my scooter didn’t come with one. Great service! Very polite!

Great customer service!! Seconds after entering the store I was met by Jocelyn, who was not only very helpful, she was pleasant, and appeared to enjoy her job. She found what I was looking for in short order even though I couldn't provide her with many specific details which unfortunately I had left a home. Keep up the great customer service Jocelyn because you are GRRRREAT!!
