Not professional at all and wait times are terrible
Can’t get an emergency appointment when meds need to be renewed. When dr Stan left they haven’t found another doctor and will now no longer see his patients except for same day which doesn’t always work when you’re working and making a emergency appointment same day is like winning the lottery. It’s full 2 minutes after it opens
And the staff aren’t polite and courteous at all

It’s horrible how bad the medical system is in Canada and how overwhelmed the doctors are but when you have a heart condition and high blood pressure and need your meds renewed and they won’t see you they leave you with. No options

Dr vincent chan is a great doctor, hes incredibly knowledgeable. I felt the need to write a review after reading a few negative ones. The clinic offers walkin appointments to their patients (not new ones). I often can get a same day appointment which i hear is rare for other patients who see other doctors. He may be lacking bed side manners however not sure i feel thats important. Much rather a caring and knowledgeable doctor than a therapist. Everyone I've dealt with at this clinic is great and i feel incredibly lucky to be looked after by dr. chan.

I have had Doctor Vincent Chan as My Doctor for over 10 years and I have been Very Blessed because he has Always given me the type of treatment and medication that I require.

This is the worst clinic I've ever been to. Dr Vincent Chan is extremely rude and has no care for patients. And now, even though their website says they offer walk-in clinic, they do not. They need to update their website so people don't waste their time waiting for them to open, only to be told they don't do walk-ins anymore. If I could rate them minus stars, they would be minus 5.

For me Dr Chan is the best doctor I have seen so far since I am in Canada. He really knows what he is doing and his prescription always work good. I have put 4 stars because it’s very hard to get an appointment and when you have one it’s not respected in general I wait at least 1hour to 90min for my turn even if my appointment is scheduled. Other than that I recommend highly Dr Chan

I was in severe pain went to three other clinics who told me I would be seen and then when I got there they said it was full. I explained my situation to the staff and they booked me in and guarantee me I would be seen. The staff is absolutely amazing and understanding they really care about you. The doctor was fantastic as well. I definitely recommend this place and I'm surprised it says four stars it's definitely fine.
