Absolutely amazing customer service by Christine!! We reached out to order an item that usually took months an end to be shipped to Canada. Luckily McKin Health had it in their inventory. Christine was so helpful, proactive and kind - she answered all of my questions, sent out the item, which arrived within a week! It was a bit small, so when I reached out again, Christine promptly sent another one, and I was able to exchange my initial order without issues. I'd like to say a BIG thank you to Christine and the team at McKin, you guys totally rock. This is the only shop I'll buy supplies from now on!
