Hi Doctor,

I hope you're doing well. I just wanted to bring something to your attention that I found quite frustrating. At my last appointment, I arrived 10 minutes late due to unexpected traffic—something that rarely happens as I’m usually punctual. Unfortunately, you refused to see me, and I had to leave without being seen.

This was especially upsetting because I regularly take time off work to attend these appointments, which isn't always easy. I've also noticed that patients often wait 30 to 45 minutes past their appointment times to see you, and that's generally accepted. But it doesn't seem fair that there's no flexibility when it's the other way around.

My time matters too. If being 10 minutes late means I lose my appointment, then the same standard should apply when I’m left waiting for an extended period. If you're running behind, I should be given the option to reschedule as well.

I just think it's fair to expect mutual respect when it comes to time. I appreciate your attention to this and hope we can find a more balanced approach moving forward.

Dear doctors and staff, how come we have to treat yoj all with respect yet we don't get any in return when a patient is in need of there doctor the receptionist has an obligation to fill in any emergency spot available. There are many emergency appointments set aside for emergencies but come in having to wait 3 weeks to see a doctor is ridiculous. Walk in Clinics are more reliable than this place. Patience need to start going elsewhere and have the practitioners bill the clinic. That's what I'm doing.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! The doctors are exceptional—always providing accurate diagnoses and taking ample time to explain everything in detail. With three kids, we often find ourselves at the clinic for one reason or another, and every visit reinforces how fortunate we are to have such a considerate and responsive medical team. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit stress-free. This facility truly goes above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch care

My mom passed away very recently. Her and our entire family have been a patient of Dr Greichi since day 1 when she took over for Dr Kraftcheck.
The care, compassion and support we had was more than we could have asked for. From the receptionist, to the patient services staff to of course our family doctor, who was available to our palliative care nurse 24/7. The entire team was simply amazing and we can’t thank you enough.

I’ve been reading over these reviews and I’m confused. Are we all talking about the same McMaster Family Practice ? I’ve never had problems getting appts. The staff have been nothing but nice to me. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10 mins in the waiting room. Do I get to see my family doctor every time ? No, but I also have favourites on her team so I just ask to see them and it’s no problem. Dr. Dul and her team are absolutely wonderful. I read one of the reviews saying if you can’t fix your problem with a handful of pills they aren’t interested. I definitely have not had that experience with them. If anything, they don’t give you pills unless you absolutely need them. I would recommend MFP to anyone at any time.

Making an appointment to see your family doctor should be hard, and when you finally get an appointment your being treated by students who have no idea how to answer there patience, I was denied blood work because they didn't feel it was necessary. I think it's time for a new doctor. Healthcare is broken.

The office is quite busy. However, the staff do there best to accommodate health concerns by scheduling the next available appointment with a doctor or someone on the doctor's team.

The family practice is well run in my opinion. The doctors are professional and the medical care team are caring and kind.

I've been a very long term patient of Dr. Jeyaseelan I'm a so lucky to have such and amazing physician and team that is always responsive, excellent at their work, and kind!
