Service was great, but be very sure what you buy will suit your needs as they dont take returns or exchanges on commodes (and after reading other reviews looks like they don't take returns for many items). If you are a male with cognitive problems, i would not recommend the Drive drop arm commode. The opening is too small for a male who sits down to pee. It is well made but had to stop using it after 2 days as my Dad who is 92 would sit down to pee and his front privates wouldn't go in the small opening and he would forget to try and tuck them in there. He ended up peeing all over the floor.

My mom went in to buy a walker for my dad so he had one ready for him when he got out of the hospital. They asked his height and she gave it to them and they gave her a walker that is supposed to be the right fit only when he got home it was too tall for him and it was already at the lowest setting. My mom called them to let them know so she could exchange it and was told no returns or exchanges. This walker hasn’t been opened yet and is still in its original packaging.

I think that’s horrible customer service especially when they are servicing people who have just come out of the hospital or the elderly. My dad still needs a wheelchair and my mom doesn’t want to go back there to get it since the service is so bad.

Excellent service from Pam today!!! Could not recommend her more went in today for a consultation before purchasing a Sleep Apnea machine. Pam goes above and beyond and explained everything very clearly. She is very compassionate and has a true passion to help others. If we could give ten stars we would. Thanks for all your help Pam!

I had very good service from this vendor. Specialist Pam was extremely helpful and responsive from giving me a quote for the sleeping machine, setting up appointment for me to pickup the product, providing thorough instructions, to continuous customer support.

Honestly, the 3.6 google rating made me feel reluctant to walk in this store at the beginning . However, it’s an absolute pleasure working with the staffs and my machine works amazingly well. If you are looking for healthcare products, do give this store a try.

I was very pleased with the service received from MEDability in January and February (2022). Our rehab consultant responded quickly and professionally when I left messages, both via phone and email. The process for my mother to have a demo wheelchair before placing an order was thoroughly explained. Any time I had questions, our consultant, the company owner and the accountant all were patient, caring, thorough and professional. The turnaround time for the actual wheelchair to arrive (after all measurements were made during the demo/trial period) was very reasonable. Thank you, MEDability, for adding a new layer of safety for my mother.
