Upon a high recommendation and to hopefully get a scooter repair done, I called this company twice I waited a week with no call back, so then on a second call with a different number I got in touch with someone and they told me they had time to take a look at my scooter on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 no time was given when they would show up and that they would call before coming. I was excited and hopeful that I was finally going to have my scooter fixed at some point.

On Tuesday because I do not have a cell phone I waited at home all day very patiently by my phone, nobody called or showed up, I was really disappointed and extremely upset, because now I feel like I'm getting the runaround. I really wanted to use this company to support a local buisness.

Maybe the brand of scooter I have is one that they don't have the knowledge on how to fix so hopefully I will find someone who wants to help.

Expensive place. Info on a heating pad was not clear on the box. When I opened the box & looked at the instructions they were not to my satisfaction. The store appeared hesitant to have it returned. I had not used it! Finally did a reluctant refund. Not exactly a warm & friendly place. On line purchases are in my future.

Because of supply chain issues after the pandemic, I had been on a waiting list for a CPAP machine for 6 months. I was told that it could be another 6 months before I got one, but I was free to shop around to see if I could find one. One of the places I called was Med-E-Ox in Goderich and to my surprise they had one. I live in London, so I drove to Goderich, picked up my machine, paid for it plus paid $130 for a half hour consultation and paid $350 for "compliance monitoring". At the time I thought all this was normal. About a week after I started using the machine, I was having issues. I called and left messages for the technician who looked after me, but my calls were never returned. Then I received a call from ProRESP in London, and they told me that my machine came in. That's when I found out about the irregular charges by Med-E-Ox. ProRESP said that they had never heard about "compliance monitoring" and they don't charge it. They also said that their consultation fee was $75. I called Med-E-Ox and waited until I could talk to someone. His name was John. He said that compliance monitoring would cover the cost if a doctor asked for a report which would normally cost $50. So, I paid $350 for a report which would cost me $50 which I will probably never need. When I told him that other companies don't charge this fee, he said that they are bigger companies and that his company has to pay their staff. So, I paid $400 more for a CPAP machine at Med-E-Ox in Goderich than I would have paid anywhere else. I can only imagine the extra charges on big ticket items like a scooter. My advice to anyone is don't buy anything from Med-E-Ox in Goderich. Their prices are extreme, and their service is terrible.
