Initially I was disappointed that I had to wait 40 mins, but once I understood that they were short staffed I was patient. I booked 4 appointments online for the same day. Three at around 1pm and one at 4:30pm. While we waited the Nurse who was doing everything maintained her composure. She was efficient and polite under the circumstances. The three of us had our blood work done and left. When I returned almost two hours later she was still working hard and even when pushed by people without appointments after the last time slot she was polite and did not snap back. I will definitely return here in the future.

Tried to walk-in with a requisition. They did not accept my requisition. So I went back to my doctor who provided me another standard form. Doctor did confirm they should have accepted my requisition which was from Ontario. Tried to walk-in again and they were busy so I made an appointment for 1pm. I'm now sitting in an empty waiting room, literally nobody else, it's 1:40pm and I still haven't been taken in. All I need is a quick blood test, horrible service. They could've at least notified me if they weren't going to keep the 1pm appointments but they don't care at all. I asked about the form they didn't accept and they told me they could produce it on the spot if I had first brought a general requisition. I told them that was not possible as it has clinical history that they don't have from me. Then they relented and said yeah I was right. I don't think they really know what they're doing at reception, but it makes sense since they have their employees doubling as healthcare and reception.

In and out to do blood work no problem. The problem lies in trying to access you results online and they don't even send them to the doctor. I had to call them after several days after I applied online and wait for a link. After I finally got access I had to email the results to the doctor myself because they never got them. This took over 10 days. At the least the doctor should have the results, so I can make the appointment to have them reviewed. Totally ridiculous. Life labs is instantaneous. Are they not calling up each doctor that's listed on each requisition and asking for their email and all contact Information.

If you value your privacy and time, proceed with caution. Where to begin with the stellar service at this lab? First, they brilliantly sent confidential test results for two family members to the wrong address, despite the correct one being clearly printed on the form. A privacy breach? Just a minor detail, apparently. When confronted, the staff chose to lie to our family doctor’s clinic, insisting they sent the results to the correct fax number. When caught, they still refused to admit their mistake and were incredibly rude, shutting us down when we tried to understand what happened. Their gross negligence wasted hours of our time, the time of health workers, and taxpayers' money. Such unprofessionalism and disregard for patient privacy are truly impressive. Normally I'd demand a formal acknowledgment of this mistake, an investigation into how it happened, and assurances it won’t occur again; but clearly don't think they are near capable of checking any of the boxes. An apology is the least they owe to all the people who experienced their special treat.

Nice and friendly staff, very clean. Reasonable waiting times, Special thanks to receptions for her friendly service and warm attitude! I went with my mom last week, and myself last Saturday, both ladies were really nice.

Very unprofessional behavior towards the patients, speaking in hindi or non English at work place very loud among themselves. Very poor coordination, did not ask if appointment was booked via online but stacking up requisitions without letting the patients know that thier system was down until you tell them that you have booked through online so they can serve in order. I am not sure if their system was really down or not. Unprofessional and unpleasant place to visit. I will never visit again nor recommend this place.

Absolutely atrocious experience. They had incorrectly recorded my birthdate which was a challenge in of itself to sort through at first. They asked if maybe it was incorrect on my health card (lol unreal like I wouldn't have noticed after many years). I called to verify that they had sent my results to my doctor. Even though they told me they had received the results in their system 2 days previously, they still had not faxed to my doctor. And, keep in mind, they also told me it was auto-sent by some "system" so it was out of their control. They allegedly faxed it. Hours later (not the 15-20 minutes they allege) still hadn't been received. Called back to have it re-sent and they felt it was appropriate to blame my Doctor and their office (little did they know I've been going to my Doctor for years and I know how they operate). Of course, I had to decipher what the person was saying in broken English. This is their front-line customer service representative who could barely communicate and understand me. Seems like a necessary skill from the person answering your phones in customer service right? This is health care and important lab results. Seeing how they operate leaves me with little faith in their whole operation. Never again!

I went there today around 3:45 for my blood test. They usually don't take blood there, but the older Indian lady was very kind and did my blood work. Overall, the experience was fine.
