It was my second time being there for 2 different ingrown toenail removals and it was the most fantastic experience. The doctor made you feel important and safe. He was very fast but also knew what he was doing. You have made me pain free... thank you so much!!!

I had an infected ingrown toenail which was very painful to the slightest touch (even a blanket). I was hesitant to go to this clinic as it was not the one recommended to me(which was too busy to see me until the following week) I was still a little hesitant after meeting the chiropodist Riaz Bagha due mainly to my bias to his red/orange hair and his being nicely dressed but all in black which I was not expecting in a medical clinic. Once he inspected my toenail and saw the infection and ascertained that I could wait a few days, we decided it would be better to wait 2 days and start some antibiotics and bathe and sterilise my foot for a few days. I returned in 2 days and was looked after by his very helpful and friendly receptionist, Leen. The sterilised instruments were all lain out and organised in the room where I had the procedure. Riaz was on time and he could tell I was nervous from the pain I was still experiencing and was very reassuring about how the freezing would take the pain away before he would start anything. He did the digital block freezing and massaged my toe to promote the freezing effect. He then waited and gently prodded my toe and asked me if I had any pain. I could feel pressure and but he could tell that the pain was gone from my reaction (or lack of it!) He then gently inserted the nippers while asking if I felt any pain (which I didn't) and then gradually inserted more and then removed the side of the nail. He could tell right away from the size and shape of piece he removed why I had been in such pain. He then asked if I wanted to have the other side removed too and did it without charge. He then cleansed the toe and wrapped it and then showed me the pieces he removed. He gave me follow-up instructions and showed me how to properly remove the reoccurring ingrown toenail on my other foot (which was not a problem at that time) . We discussed possible future procedures at his clinic or even elsewhere depending upon the outcomes from this procedure. I am very pleased with the quality of service I received.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I came in for a partial toenail removal surgery and they were very accommodating and informative. I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided and I am HIGHLY likely to recommend this place to my friends and family. Good job everyone👍.

Having been to different foot clinics, I have a general idea about service at such places. But this place was different. Their service was excellent and the foot specialist did not prompt me towards dishing out more money for new Orthotic Insoles. Instead he did a few sessions of laser and told me what type of shoes I should use to fit my old orthotics, which now work well. Simple common-sense ideas about stretching exercises and the explanations thorough and to the point.

I was in extremely horrible pain , I couldn't walk. I went to Dr Ray and after a few lazer treatments. The pain is starting to subside . I would recommend Dr. Ray he really makes a difference .

Went in with knee pain due to my flat feet, he saw the issue right away, got the scans done. 4 Months later, my knees have zero pain all thanks to the inserts. A+
