Medics Mobility Inc has become our dedicated store for purchasing equipment for my husband who has been experiencing mobility issues for the last two years. We made this choice as we were very pleased with the support, knowledge and variety of products the MM inc. team offers to their clients. MM inc is the only store in ON where you can purchase the U-step II Standard Neuro Rollator (manufactured in the USA) for people with PD, that gives a better stability and reliability to users.
MM inc. is the only store in ON that suggested an unique and very useful option to attach a second joystick at the back of the Power Wheelchair City 2 plus, that allows the caregiver to take control and operate the wheelchair when needed. Amazing solution!!! Without this option we wouldn't had purchased it!!! Many people in the park and on the street stop to see how it works and they are also amazed and impressed with the smart idea and share they have never seen this "wonder" before. Along with the exceptional models I mentioned, MMinc provides also advise on which product would suit the user needs best, after sell tech support , maintenance and warranty. Last was the reason for us to purchase the U-step Neuro Rollator from MM inc instead of importing it from the USA manufacturer. Next, a tech guy, Elias Bou Ghannam, came to our place twice (2h free visits ) to train us on how to control the City 2 Plus wheel chair and how to operate with all features. We were also given 30 day free trial period which was beyond our expectations. All these wonderful advantages aligned with the impeccable customer service of the very professional and friendly team make MM inc outstand his competitors in the region and become the Top provider of high quality mobility devises and equipment. We are very thankful to the MM inc. owner, Dory El-tawil, who meets us every time we go to the store, who responds to all our questions in a timely manner, advises us on best solutions and accommodates all our requirements. We will always go to this vendor for our next needs and we highly recommend this business . They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect items. Thank you Medics Mobility! Medics Mobility service is amazing! It has been a true pleasure working with them. This is a family run business. This family is truly amazing. For the past year, I have been working with Dory and he has treated me with respect, kindness and compassion. He has helped me with the medical equipment needs for my family member. He does his sincere best to ensure his clients needs are met. He is very professional, understanding and flexible, he does his very best to accommodate his clients. I am so greatful to him and his family for helping my family. I have most recently worked with Elie and he is also great to work with, very professional and kind. I recently visited this store to rent a wheelchair and was very pleased with the experience. The rental price is very competitive compared to similar stores. The sales person in charge of rentals, Darlene, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this store for wheelchair rentals, and commend Darlene for her excellent guidance.

I work at a retirement home and Norman is always popping in and out of the home to assist residents with their mobility needs. He leaves a great impression on those he speaks with. He is knowledgeable, kind, and has a great sense of humour that the residents appreciate. I recommend reaching out to Medics Mobility for assistance if you want a positive experience

I went to replace the bearings in my uncle's mobility scooter. My uncle called ahead so they were expecting me. I brought them the tire and they were supposed to replace the bearings that day. When I cam to pick it up they told be that it could not be fixed and they sold me a badly used replacement. When I brought it home I realized that it was not even the correct wheel and it would not fit. On top of that the wheel that they sold me was in terrible condition and was worse than the original one. After very little effort I was able to remove the old bearing and bought 2 new ones from Princess Auto for $3.99. They told me it could not be repaired but they didn't even try!!

Medics Mobility was caring beyond words. I rented a lift device to try out before purchasing it, but the device was a bit too large for my weakened bedridden elderly mother. The store owner Elie El Tawil then went far out of his way to search for and order a smaller device which was delivered to me as a priority. Although it was a better size, my mother was still too weak to use it, so I had to end the rental. Throughout this process, the owner showed a level of concern and care for my mother beyond all my wildest expectations. He also made valuable suggestions about care improvement and clearly made patient care his utmost priority. Dealing with the storeowner felt like dealing with one of my mother's dedicated caregivers more than dealing with an ambulatory parts supplier. Something else I also noticed, Medics Mobility's prices for identical products from other suppliers was always much lower, sometime by as much as 20%-30%. Medics Mobility is truly among the best and most caring health care companies I've dealt with, and I've dealt with alot. By far under-rated within the industry.
