Fantastic customers service. I've ordered from here several times over the last few years. When I no longer needed my first order, I was able to return it for a full refund! They also sent me a discounted code that I've already used and when I contacted them asking for a new one, they provided it within 5 minutes. Shipping is decent and the prices are competitive as well. Will continue to order from them!

Order from this place 3 times. The first 2 were fine but the 3rd time I had to confirm the item I was ordering was the correct. I spoke with someone who told me I did have the correct item so I placed my order but when I got it, it was incorrect. After several unsuccessful attempts at calling during the stated hours of operation listed on the website and leaving messages I sent an email. I corresponded with Didi back and forth several times sending pics from the website of the item I ordered as well as pics of what I received, I confirmed order, item and finally sku numbers and then communication ended.

They claim on the website to have great customer service, I'm not sure how when you can't reach anyone during hours of operation and don't return voicemails or stop responding to emails. At this point I don't expect they will be issuing me my refund and will chock this up as a loss. All I wanted is for them to credit my account the difference in the two products so I could use it towards my next purchase.

I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Sells needles none of the pharmacy monopolies near me can manage. The other pharmacies can not even comprehend the existence of alternate medications (needles not syringe+needle) if there is a shortage. Their supplier removed them from their system, and I had to call over 10 places to find out what the issue was. I did so much research to find out how to buy just the needles because the syringe was the issue. This place came through finally!

I coudn't find a certain type of BD insulin needle . I running around , tried 4 pharmarcies, none had it. I ordered from Medneedles first time and paid for faster UPS freight. Absolutely amazing service !!! . ordering was easy , tracking updates by email, and like next day delivery.
