I have been dealing these guys for about 8 years and have always been treated extremely well. Great group of people who know their stuff and are very helpful and insightful if asked, they always help me out with whatever project I am working on. Product selection is great and if they don’t have it in stock, which is rare, they will get it ASAP.

Brutality terrible customer service!!! The worst possible, called to ask for help with a project and told to go to their website as “I didn’t know what I was looking for.” Yeah it’s steel grate, not that complicated. Just wanted a price really which the website doesn’t provide you have to fill out a form and goes to email which they ignore.

I made the call to them while at work and 6 others overheard the call on speaker and we were all in awe that someone hates their job that much and still answers the phone. Time for a new job and let someone else work there who can help people and answer questions.

Right from the first contact with sales staff to the delivery of the materials the staff is exceptional. Being a smaller order I was very impressed that my every need was taken care of swiftly and easily. The staff was very knowledgeable with their products and availability.
