The place for real man! Yes, their online store sucks, just visit this phisical store -- it' a huge warehouse with tons of different shaped metal blanks(color, black, etc.). You can get almost any size. They also cut to the precise size. If something is not available there, but available at Hamilton store -- they will bring it in 3-4 days. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Exceptional communications, promptness, and understanding: upon walking in on some morning in December 2023, I notice at that time only one representative in front who was then helping about two or three other visitors who were already there and thought to expect a long wait. I was quickly and pleasantly surprised by Satye who soon acknowledged my presence and understood the materials I want quotes for. While in between continuing to serve approximately two other customers he prepare a print quote which I could review while he continue to serve multiple people both in person and attending to phone call(s). For my entire visit, Satye continue to operate efficiently among multiple tasks and move fluidly in between front reception area and warehouse processing portions of building. He inform me a piece of metal plate I want to buy would typically be cut from larger sheet to order ... I initially assume this would mean pay then and pickup on another day. He surprised me again with an estimate for 10 to 15 minute time lapse for my order to be ready for pickup. I gladly pay for that smallish order with two lines as I continue to comment with admiration to a buddy who was at that time near by about how awesome that visit experience has been with much thanks to Satye. In summary, I was in and out very quickly ... going through multiple stages of getting familiar to this store, a few iterations of quoting, order placement and payment, order readiness, and having opportunity to confirm actual measurements of pieces during pickup. Perhaps foremostly I left that visit with a very positive perception of the store with much thanks to Satye's efficient professionalism.

I called and spoke to Peter about a few odd pieces I was looking for. I was under a time crunch, but he assured me he could have the pieces ready for the afternoon. I arrived to pick them up, and everything was perfect. He was very clear on the sizes I wanted, I formed me of a price before I agreed to the order, and delivered on his promise to have it ready in the next few hours.

I am a huge fan of Metal Supermarkets. I’m working on a large and unusual project and the guys at Metal Supermarkets have been extremely helpful with their insight. I’ve mentioned this online and in the workshops that I run. Fantastic place, great prices and a large selection of materials. One last thing - everyone; staff and customers are the most polite people you’d ever want to be around. You’d think that with “METAL”, it would be a rough crowd, but it’s a very helpful environment. Can’t recommend them enough.

Terrible experience !!!
Inspite of giving a picture of the product we needed, they prepared something else and above all lost of 3 precious hours we ran on to a rude gentleman (short, bold), who instead of offering a solution he kicked us out of the store!
