This company has not properly trained their drivers to follow the rules of the road in Toronto. These kind of hazards are very dangerous for cyclists and drivers and the municipal fines have been raised for anyone breaking the rules. Please Mr. Dairy, get your drivers to be more safety conscious. This driver chose to block the bike lane and part of the car lane to unload, meanwhile just a little ahead of this was a side street they could easily have pulled over and not caused any hazard.

One of the worst companies ever. They give you leaky and damaged cartons of milk. They don't give the drivers any change. They give you the wrong order and won't correct their mistakes. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else for your dairy products. When the driver left the wrong order, they weren't going to correct it until I placed another order. I placed an order I didn't need so I could get the case I was charged for and needed. The driver came by, picked up the case that was supposed to be exchanged, and didn't bring the case he was originally supposed to bring. Now, not only do I not have what I paid for, I didn't get a refund either.

Mr. Dairy has been going downhill with every delivery! The same driver that comes to our store for delivery every Thursday (Oshawa) is creating a really bad image for this company and it’s honestly quite embarrassing.

First of all, he never says anything to any of our employees when he walks in. He bangs on the door to get our attention, followed by him speaking loudly on the phone every time he comes and it’s very disrespectful and unprofessional. Secondly, the same driver has repeatedly gotten in arguments with our staff regarding him asking for the lock box code which we’ve told many times that we can’t give it. He also comes before the written delivery time. We informed him the agreement regarding the time and he keeps coming at the wrong time for many of our stores (our slips says 10:30 and he keeps coming at 9-9:30). Lastly, we have had many bad quality milk bags come that were popped from delivery, we are assuming due to his poor care.

I hate to give out complaints and never do but it is very frustrating since we have been customers of Mr. Dairy for quite some time and have been very loyal. This service is horrible and should be dealt with!!

Our company is doing business with them for almost 2 years now, amazing company like many others, we are very satisfied, but what makes them one of the best is their business and better then others is their delivery protocols, since day one we have the delivery guy named Gurbhej, who handles our delivery, very humble, respectful and polite and pays grest attention to details in following instructions. We are very satisfied with Gurbhej doing our delivery as he is very familiar with the parking and brining the delivery to the assigned area. Thank you so much.

Had a small order to pick up and the staff were great, friendly and fast from ordering to pick up. First time we've used Mr. DAIRY. Would recommend. If only I didn't lose some of my order off the truck...
Now I have to go back and reorder, good thing my experience was positive.
