My son broke his arm, so we were referred to MSK to see a surgeon regarding if the break needed surgery and for casting. The front desk for ambulatory care was amazing, and the surgeon and the woman who put on the cast were outstanding! Amazing with my son (he is 8) and at explaining everything I needed to know! The clinic was clean, and they were running on time. A great experience!

The front receptionist was very kind and friendly, which was great at 7:00AM check in.
Dr. Matthew is so kind and understanding. He gave me exercises to do at home to strengthen my body from being inactive for 4 years. After a bike injury to my knees.

Dr. Bayley was friendly and easy to talk to about my many injuries.

I initially saw Alexandra with a shoulder injury in March. She was so friendly and professional and did a great job of assessing my injury. Unfortunately she had to take a leave of absence right after I saw her.
At my next appointment I met Vito. Right away I felt very comfortable and cared for as his patient.
Vito is so very friendly, professional, patient, attentive, knowledgeable and positive. I've seen other physiotherapists in the past and did not have the same experience. When I saw Vito he was completely focused on me and my care not like others I've seen that have been chatting and joking with their co-workers while 'treating' me. He makes sure you are doing your exercises properly and gives you modifications to help you. He has a way of encouraging you to do your exercises such that you WANT to faithfully do them. He puts so much care and effort into his work that you want to improve to please him and that is a win win situation.
Vito is not only skilled in physiotherapy but also deeply committed to his patients' well-being. I am extremely grateful for your help in my recovery. Vito you are a real gem.

I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery with Dr. Bayley, followed by physio with Jordan at MSK, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The surgery was smooth and complication-free, allowing me to get back to my regular activities within two months. Now, four months post-op, I’m pretty much pain-free and on a well-crafted recovery plan. The staff here are excellent, and I’ve already recommended this place to family and friends. While all the physios are top-notch, Jordan, my physiotherapist, truly stood out. He's a great guy, knows what he’s doing, and his straightforward approach and genuine care made all the difference. If you need someone who’s got your back during recovery, he's your guy.

I broke my ankle resulting in 13 screws and 2 plates aswell as tearing my ligaments in my thumb.. after both surgeries... I attended MSK For physiotherapy with Vito... he was such a lifesaver he ensured comfort and safety and made my road to recovery amazing... he is so friendly and made me feel very comfortable..
He put me back on track and built my confidence to push myself over the limit to be able to get back to my daily tasks!!
I did not have the privilege to be under any other physiotherapist care.. but being there and seeing them with others I know anyone would be great to see!!!
I would 100% recommend looking into msk for your needs!

I went to MSK with osteoarthritic pain which caused me to walk with difficulty. I also have pain in my upper back and shoulders. My physiotherapist, Vito Manchisi, assessed the problem and provided excellent therapy and exercises to do on my own. I am now walking without pain and my back and neck are improving. Vito is not only skilled, but also friendly and encouraging.

Friendly staff, beautiful facilities, convenient location close to the expressway. It's a great choice for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic care etc. Top notch professional staff. Dr. Snider is the best!
