staff are nice and parts are reasonably priced but Customer service is lacking in my opinion when it comes to getting refunds for warranty claims. Rob doesn't do what he says he's going to do.
The staff keep saying they'll pass on the message to Rob but there's never any follow up by him. Rob really needs to take some responsibility and follow through, the customer shouldn't have to keep calling back over and over to follow up on the status of refunds. Not good.

Came in to see about a new water pressure tank as a DIYer. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in getting me everything I needed to get the job done. Prices were comparable to bigger stores, but the knowledge of the staff made the difference between coming home with everything, and coming home and then having to make making more trips to pick up missing bits and pieces because the big box staff didn't know all the ins and outs of the job. Highly recommend this store.

Near North Supply is my go-to for all of my plumbing materials. They carry an extensive inventory and stock just about anything that you could possibly need. I was there today buying a new well pressure tank and fittings to install. I'm not a plumber, rather a self respecting handy man, I was not snubbed at all. The service was top notch, friendly, helpful, fast, with a good price on top of everything, the gentleman even helped me load it in my truck. I'll be coming back

I've been dealing with Near North Supply for quite some time now. Their selection of products can't be beat, nor can the quality of the products they carry. Their website is easy to navigate making finding the right products much easier. Their friendly knowledgeable staff will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Their customer support is incredible, they even came out to my jobsite to help me troubleshoot an issue I was having. They are also excellent at tracking down almost any part you need. First time customer but will not be the last. I received excellent service when I called looking for assistance. Drove over to pick up my order curb-side and they checked that the old fittings would connect with the new fittings I was picking up; thankfully I took them as it turned out they didn't fit. Guess the manufacturer must have changed things slightly. The sales associate took the old parts and duplicated what I had. Can't thank him enough. Great customer service
